  I moved in 2 years ago sight unseen from out of state, and so glad I chose Gull Harbor! The apartment complex is clean and quiet. I've never felt unsafe taking the trash out at night or worried about my packages being stolen. The apartments are super close to the beach as well as a park and some great restaurants. And for only 600sq ft there is surprisingly a lot of closet space

  I personally want to thank Shay & Linda for helping me and my partner secure our first home together ❤️. They made the process streamline and so easy. We tortured and fell in the love with the location and the community is very quiet and respectful. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else for my first home in this city. I want to take the time again to really shoutout Shay C. as she was the most friendly and most warm welcoming person I’ve ever met in apartment hunting! She tells it how it is and made sure everything was up to standard for us when we moved in. There are some few things that need fixing but we have our wonderful maintenance crew helping every step of the way!

  Living here has been such a blessing! Is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the staff have been amazing. For my first apartment, I couldn’t be more grateful! Deb helped me throughout the process and was very and extremely accommodating when there was a problem with the first apartment I was going to move in. Couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative for her and her great service!!!

  Everything is as advertised on the website in person. Deb was very helpful in showing me around and provided additional photos and information promptly.

  I moved in around 2017 and this place was not how it is today. The new ownership is certainly doing their job in changing things up around here. I've encountered a handful of issues while staying at Gull Harbor but Lissette was skillful enough to handle them professionally and thoroughly. There are still a few kinks they need to sort out, which is why I've left a 3-star review. Shout-out to maintenance for being awesome 24/7. This place used to be a mess (still kind of is: smoke smell lingering in hallway, random poop/chocolate ice-cream incident, noisy plumbing, deteriorating internals), but it is MUCH better today considering the renovations happening everyday. Most of the folks that I've interacted with are reserved at first but social after multiple occurrences.
