  My dad and ron should not be approved for a apartment because they do not take shower everyday and our dog max is not people friendly and weigh 95pound and bark at people

  BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! This property is pathetic and sorry. I would never recommend this place to anyone. These people are money hungry and charge for everything. They charge for every paper they stick to your door. When you move out forget about a deposit you can leave the place in tip top shape and they will still say you owe thousands in damages. Below are pictures of how the place was left and they still claimed I owed over $1500 in damages. That is not a stain on the rug that is just the shadow from the window NEVER RENT HERE !!!!!

  Worst gorrible place to live they make you get renters insurance i had a small fire in ny kitchen and all of a sudden they couldn't find my file.. I have to pay 6000 for a small kitchen fire. Do they will not give you a security deposit if the apartment isnt immaculate shampooed rugs and all .. They will charge you for a light bulb they also lay residents to snitch others out they make thoae residents put cameras inside there home looking out also if you dont agree to do that the office management will treat you very differently. Maintenance steals items warch out of you have a pick up truck they will ateal right from it ! ... They are constantly taking photos of people an kids. No playground no amenities eagle point is very overrated !
