While living at the apartment complex, our apartment had flooded multiple times and each time they try to evict us for an unclean Apartment due to the flooding that they refuse to fix it ruined our Items in our home and they refuse to compensate or even cut our rent down. They then try to sue us while living at the property.

My dad and ron should not be approved for a apartment because they do not take shower everyday and our dog max is not people friendly and weigh 95pound and bark at people

Major mouse infestation. This was like nothing I've ever experienced. They got into every single room, every drawer, EVERYTHING! I had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of my food and my dogs food. Management placed 2 glue traps and considered that good enough, they put me on the pest control list and he also placed 2 glue traps which I had to deal with myself later. The pest guy said every building has this issue. They were chewing through the carpet in the closets coming in and coming through the heaters, I sealed everywhere I could and they still got in. Management didn't care at all. There are also roaches everywhere.

Worst apartment highly not recommended. Specially with small kids. The roof is tooooo thin and you can hear everything there is no privacy. If your kid cry, the people live hear are very ill mannered, they bang on the floor very badly and your kids get scared. And there is a parking problem too you have to park your car a mile away from your appartment. They give only one stiker to park the car in the parking lot otherwise the car without sticker will be towed. In snow day they don't clean the snow from your walk side and you slip and fall on the road while going to get your car from the parking.

Horrible place i called 2 weeks ago for maintenance on a doir i needed fixed and they kept saying they were sending soneone right over and still have not. Neighbors smoke in their homes and it comes right into our apartment we have an asthmatic two year old I complained and they have not taken action. Its been 2 months and I'm ready to move out of this place there's so much things wrong with the apartment it was a leak in the living room the lady had a problem and attitude when I called her about it like it was our fault we just moved then how can we possibly cause a leak from the roof so we got all of our belongings also they act like they care about their building if they really did they won't allow smokers in their apartment especially having other neighbors that don't smoke and have a child I am so ready to move and when to take my child to the doctor and if there's any problem with her lungs I'm suing them. Oh I forgot to mention they turn off the heat in the middle of April not even the middle of April and woke up to extremely freezing house.
