  from the beginning I fell in love with this place, I love the grounds, I love the maintenance, I love the amenities and the property managers are absolutely amazing. I love the fact that we can have pets here, The amenities are top-notch and well worth paying for, in until washer and dryer is great! I rarely hear my neighbors. I looked at the other apartment complexes in the neighborhood which were going for around the same price and those places did not have the safety or the cleanliness that an apartment complex at this price should be. we all know that rents are astronomically high, and if I'm going to pay a premium for where I am living I want it to be clean, safe, and top of the line amenities. I feel that's exactly what I've got by living here.

  Donna is an excellent property manager. Same thing for Corinne and Fernando. The three of them make an excellent team to assist us at 60 Mansfield Apartments. They are always aware of tenant's concerns in their appartments and manage everything to give us a prompt and righ solution to any problem we might experience in the building. I highly recommend them for their great support and care about tenants. They always try to bring something new in the building in order to entertaint, make tenants to meet each other and socialize. I also highly recommend 60 Mansfield Rd Apartments.

  The facilities are beautiful and well kept. The staff are friendly, helpful and available. Hard to believe it's in New London, CT
