  Lauren in the Leasing Office has been excellent and helped me find a wonderful apartment at a great price. She's been very communicative, easy to contact, and quick to help me out with anything I need. Woafa and the rest of the team have also been extremely helpful. The building has tons of nice amenities and is right by downtown New Haven, Yale, and East Rock. My experience has been very positive so far.

  Overall the apartment complex is nice and place is modern. However, some of the maintenance staff is very rude and they try to highlight that we do not know how to use their appliances (e.g., "electric stove" which we have been using for the last 20 years+), and do not acknowledge how OLD their appliances probably needing repair. Additionally, this complex has a poor parcel management system, we have lost 10 packages in last 6 weeks.

  I think the Audubon is the best apartment complex in the city. Its amenities are luxurious and I always impecable. It is quiet, aafe and located in the middle of the city. Living here feels like being on a 5 star hotel. When we were looking for our new home in New Haven we reviewed and contacted a lot of places. We had the pleasure to be assisted and guided by Adriana at the Audubon. She was extremely responsive and helped our move go as smooth as possible. Even after being residents here she has been extremely helpful I with every issue we have had!

  After living at The Audubon for three years, moving out was much harder than I expected. During my time here, it truly felt like home. The location is unbeatable, the apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are excellent, walking distance to Yale's campus, but what really made the difference was the people. The management team genuinely cares about the residents. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were responsive, professional, and always willing to help. You can tell they all take pride in the community and are constantly working to make it a better place to live. Over the three years I lived here, I watched the community continue to improve with new amenities, events, and upgrades that showed a real investment in both the property and the resident experience. It's refreshing to live somewhere that doesn't just maintain the building but continues to make it better. If you're looking for an apartment in New Haven, I honestly can't recommend The Audubon enough. It provided me with three wonderful years, and while I'm excited for what's next, I'll always look back on my time here with gratitude. Thank you to Dan & Woafa for making The Audubon such a great place to call home.

  As a resident of almost two years, I wanted to recognize something that I don't think gets mentioned enough. Like many residents, I was genuinely disappointed when I found out Woafa was leaving. She was outstanding and had a way of making everyone feel welcome. I honestly wondered how the office would feel without her. What I've realized over the past few weeks is that the experience never changed. Dan deserves a lot of credit for that. It's clear he's built a team that works incredibly well together and shares the same commitment to the people who live here. Lauren and Adriana have both been exceptional, and every interaction I've had with them has been just as thoughtful, responsive, and professional as I've come to expect. After almost two years, I can honestly say that the apartment was the reason I moved in, but the staff (Dan, Adriana, Lauren & Scott) has been the reason I've never wanted to move out. That speaks volumes about the experience they've created.
