The building itself is dope—I love the character of the old historical architecture and the owner’s vision for creating such unique apartments. You really get the best of both worlds: a space with history and a modern, thoughtful layout. Most apartments in New Haven lack character but this place definitely has a lot of it.. The location is unbeatable if you want to be in the heart of downtown New Haven. Being steps away from the best food (I love cedarhurst and ninth square market)and entertainment in the city makes everything so convenient. Also wanted to mention my leasing agent Jillian—she has been absolutely awesome throughout the entire process..I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a unique apartment in a perfect location!
