She promptly answered our texts, collaborated successfully with the lawyer and was a good advocate/negotiator for my family in this process. This enabled us to achieve our asking price.

  Melissa and Luks Realty were fantastic to work with. My siblings and I decided to contact them based on their reviews, as well as being very close to the property, and they did not disappoint. Melissa met with us the same day we called. She was prompt, professional, and made us feel at ease. Afterwards, communications were timely, almost immediate, and she kept us apprised of every detail as the negotiations played out.   The best in the business! If you are in search of a house in the Fairfield County area, there is no one else I would recommend. Melissa, is caring, responsive and ahead of the market compared to everyone! Securing a house in the crazy COVID market would not have been accomplished without Melissa!
