  Melissa Fidanza from Luks, was very familiar with the market value of homes and condos in the New Fairfield area, being a local establishment. She promptly answered our texts, collaborated successfully with the lawyer and was a good advocate/negotiator for my family in this process. This enabled us to achieve our asking price.

  Melissa and Luks Realty were fantastic to work with. My siblings and I decided to contact them based on their reviews, as well as being very close to the property, and they did not disappoint. Melissa met with us the same day we called. She was prompt, professional, and made us feel at ease. Afterwards, communications were timely, almost immediate, and she kept us apprised of every detail as the negotiations played out.   Finding the right house for us was no easy task, but Melissa was up for the challenge! We searched, and searched, and searched, and through it all Melissa was there to patiently provide insight and guidance. Although we couldn't specifically put into words what we were looking for she quickly picked up on which properties would and would not be on our radar. Melissa truly knows the local market, and successfully managed our expectations. Down to the wire she, working closely with our attorney, got the deal done! Thanks Melissa!!!

  Melissa assisted us in the sale of our home. Her attention to detail helping us get the house ready was spot-on. Melissa made sure our house was shown in the best possible way. The professional pictures were amazing. Even though we hit a few hiccups during our transaction, Melissa used her great negotiation skills, and just the right amount of hand-holding, to get us through.
