  Kristie Perry is a realtor par excellence. I will entrust no one else in the future. My children, and their children when they have them one day, will also entrust Kristie to handle their estates. Kristie is one of those rare realtors who is always there to answer big or small questions, no matter what the time! She has the problem solving skills of the most seasoned sleuths. She dealt with many a curve ball thrown our way with humor, grace, and skill. We love her and she has become a dear friend of ours now. Kristie was our realtor when we bought our current home in 2013, and again was the sole reason we sold our condo in Dec 2024 so quickly. You have a gem in your midst.
