  Scheduled a tour a week in advance and they called me 30 minutes in advance to cancel because they have no availability for a 1 bedroom. Please have more courtesy for others time and update your availability online.

  The Muse Milford is a great spot. Gated, assigned parking, guest parking, key fob entry for every facility. It’s a safe environment and the tenants are all kind and welcoming. Takqia has been a great help every step of the way. She is very kind and always works with a smile on her face. She always has answers to our questions and will work with us whenever we have a request. Thank you T for everything you do!! We appreciate YOU.

  We were very pleased with the customer service skills utilized by the representative Tee. She was pleasant, honest, and helpful. The waiting list for affordable housing might be long but at least we know that this complex prides themself on hiring people with exceptional customer service skills. It’s been a while since we heard a voice so pleasant and kind when it comes to seeking an affordable place to live. We are wishing Tee continued success in their role and future positions.

  In March, to drive around, and what I saw today, the progress is fantastic, just WOW! The apartments are beautiful, and the property is in a great location. The office was very inviting, and the staff was friendly with all smiles and did a great job showing the beautiful apartments.
