  My friend and his fiancé lived here, it was one if the most disgusting places ive visited, congested , and the staff was extremely rude . Id rather sit in prison than go back.. so glad they left !

  Place Was great when we first moved in then we started to see the inconsistencies. The air conditioners are all old and outdated The management team would say one thing and do another. They look at you with a smile on their face and are Truly horrible people Except Alex, he’s the nicest human being on the planet And hopefully that place Doesn’t corrupt him .everything looks good on the outside fire department always there if you live on a second or first floor good luck when your apartment floods out. I wish all and anyone good luck who decides to move here, but I promise you you’re in for a treat

  I met Mr. Joe Preston who is the Leasing Manager for the😋 Stratford and Milford properties. I also met his wonderful and kind professional team. Shout out to Alex he is such a nice helpful young man. Joe called me one morning and told me about a unit in Milford that will soon be vacated. I was soo excited that he called and made arrangements with him asap to come over that morning to see the complex and a model unit. When I got there he was soo warm and inviting and made me feel super comfortable and at home. He was so nice, well dressed knowledgeable clear and easy to speak to. He took me on a quick tour and explained the property throughly. I was floored on the amenities up keep and how professional and nice he was and the entire staff in general. He answered all my questions and gave me his contact information and told me please get in my information in asap if I was interested. I did just that! I asked around and met a few people that lives there and has friends there and they agree that the property is 5 star and well kept. Joe and his staff is great the grounds and maintenance is on point and it's a quiet place with considerate working class people and they run a tight ship. This is exactly what I'm looking for, I'm 60 and retired and just want a comfyquietnice place to relax and live. Joe was extremely thoughtful and through and told me to call anytime if I need him or his staff. It is kinda scary looking for a new home because you don't know what to expect but Joe and staff made me feel very much at ease and I loved what I saw and the amenities are top tier great! I pray all will work out and I can become a resident asap because Joe said everyone is considered family and I would love to meet new nice people and gain a new family. Joe gets a 10 out of 10! EXCELLENT KIND PERSON, knows his stuff and truly helpful! It was a PLEASURE to me everyone at the Milford Merion! Thanks so much, I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Gail Forest 🥰

  I have only lived here a month, but I cannot say enough good things about Merion Milford. I've dealt with a ton of leasing offices and property managers over the years, but Alex and the rest of the leasing office staff here are without a doubt the absolute BEST I have ever engaged with. Even from my first tour, I got the impression from Alex that he was more concerned with making sure I would be happy at Merion as opposed to just trying to get me to sign a lease. After moving in, that attitude of helpfulness and caring from him and the leasing office has not changed one bit. They are so communicative and responsive, which is unfortunately quite a rare quality in their line of work. Can't rave about Alex enough. The apartments themselves are amazing, and the community is full of quiet, kind individuals. Lastly, the maintenance staff here is, again, the absolute best I have ever dealt with. Maintenance requests are always taken care of within 24 hours, but often the few requests I have made have been completed within a few hours! Long review, but the staff and community at Merion deserves all the praise in the world, and I am so happy to have found a home here!
