  Been living here for 4 years If you’re looking for a place where management really knows how to make a difficult situation even more difficult, this might be the place for you! If you ever have significant water damage in your apartment that makes about half of your unit unusable, don’t worry—you can still expect to pay 100% of your rent while waiting around two months (and counting) for your apartment to be fully restored. Communication and urgency from management? Let’s just say you may need a lot of patience and plenty of reminders. Apparently, having part of your home unavailable for an extended period of time doesn’t necessarily qualify for much consideration. So, if you enjoy paying full price for an apartment you can’t fully use, waiting months for repairs, and constantly having to follow up with management just to get things moving, this is definitely the place for you! On a serious note, the experience has been extremely frustrating. I expected better communication, accountability, and consideration from management during a situation that was completely outside of my control.

  I moved in last February and I love it! The grounds are well maintained l and the management team is very responsive. The pool is awesome, they have pool parties and other community events.

  I absolutely love living here! The staffs are incredible—always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I need anything. One of the best parts is the maintenance team; they are unbelievably fast, reliable, and always make sure everything is taken care of perfectly. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and feels like a place the management truly cares about. It’s such a comfortable and peaceful environment to come home to every day. Living here has been a great experience, and I’m really happy to call this place my home. Highly recommend!

  I lived at Town Place Apartments in Middletown, CT for 16 months and moved to be closer to work. While there the management was very responsive, maintenance was always quick and efficient, no matter when the problem. (Why does the air conditioning only shut down on a Sunday? Didn’t matter, maintenance took care of it right away!) When it came time to move (2 months before my lease expired) management was able to rent my unit and get me a closing statement telling me how much my security deposit refund would be on the day I left! Really efficient and nice people. I recommend the complex! BTW: the pool is really nice and always crystal clear. Chris
