- JOJohn Romero ortizAug 9, 20261.0Been living here for 4 years If you’re looking for a place where management really knows how to make a difficult situation even more difficult, this might be the place for you! If you ever have significant water damage in your apartment that makes about half of your unit unusable, don’t worry—you can still expect to pay 100% of your rent while waiting around two months (and counting) for your apartment to be fully restored. Communication and urgency from management? Let’s just say you may need a lot of patience and plenty of reminders. Apparently, having part of your home unavailable for an extended period of time doesn’t necessarily qualify for much consideration. So, if you enjoy paying full price for an apartment you can’t fully use, waiting months for repairs, and constantly having to follow up with management just to get things moving, this is definitely the place for you! On a serious note, the experience has been extremely frustrating. I expected better communication, accountability, and consideration from management during a situation that was completely outside of my control.
