Our experience after several months has been highly disappointing. You should be at least skeptical to places that offer money for positive reviews only. The truth is everyone still waiting for promised amenities that simply do not exist; there is still fitness center, clubhouse or dog park and the swimming pool although finished its not functional. While the units themselves are brand new, they already require maintenance. The finishes are made of cheap, plastic materials rather than the luxury promised, and the common area decorations feel tacky and low-quality. Security is also a major concern. Packages are left exposed in the entryway for anyone to see, which has led to lost and stolen mail. Additionally, be sure to check the location closely before moving in. The building is flanked by three major highways with ongoing road construction so if you like noise and dust, this is the place to live. The positive reviews mentioning Monika and Mike but they represent a management company that continues to lease out units for profit without delivering on the basic promises made to the residents living here.

I had an amazing experience working with Monica, my leasing agent. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help me with my transaction and getting into my new home. Monica was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whenever I had questions or needed assistance. She made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier and smoother. I truly appreciate all of her help, dedication, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Monica, for helping me through this important step and making my experience such a positive one! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping their clients. ❤️🏡

Exceptional team, and building. Haven’t had any problems in the apartment and everyone has been extremely nice. The community is getting to know each other but so far it’s been an absolute joy living here

We have lived at Meriden Place for 2 months now and have had a great experience so far! Monica is a great point of contact and is very knowledgeable about the property and communicating with residents. The apartments are brand new with great appliances, and the location of the community is very convenient. Excited for what’s to come!
