  Monica was the sweetest person we’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. She was incredibly knowledgeable on every floor plan be offered, answered all of our questions, and was enthusiastic. She did a phenomenal job breaking everything down for us as we are new to this whole apartment process.

  Monica is the epitome of kindness. After facing a grueling process in looking to find a place to call home, I stumbled across this complex on the way home from work one night. Once I was able to find it online and read some of the reviews, I knew walking in I wanted to deal with Monica specifically (best decision I could have made). She was so patient while I spewed off 10 questions a minute, and walked me through every single step in detail and left me with no doubt in my mind that I was making the best decision! I have dealt with some particularly rude leasing agents through this 6 month journey, and Monica was truly a breath of fresh air. Being in a customer service industry myself, I understand the importance of making sure you staff your establishment with individuals who truly represent not only the brand but the culture, and that they are really the front line per se as to a prospective buyers first impression of everything in totality. Monica certainly drives this point home and I am extremely grateful for that!

  Monica Povilonis was beyond accommodating and spectacular! I had a day and a half to secure a decent place to live and Meriden Place was my last shot without scheduling another trip. Monica saw me outside the model building and gave me all of her time. I completed the application on the spot and can't wait to move in! Other properties visited did not have the right people representing them, which is why I needed to continue my search. Monica is GREAT people -thank you for making my trip and future in Connecticut so much brighter!

  I just finished my tour with Monica today. I only have positive things to say about her professionalism. She really listened to what I was looking for and was very patient with me. She was very kind and did not make me feel pressured whatsoever. She also took her time presenting different units and provided additional information to take home. I recommend speaking to her if you're looking for information/tours.

  I toured with Monica. She was absolutely amazing super kind, patient, and very informative. I love this apartment home. Her supervisor was also extremely kind and informative! This place is really an experience in itself - Amber & Mario Pierre
