  Defiantly not smoke free, people smoke weed and cigarettes inside and it smells up your own apartment. Halls smell of weed and cigarettes. Tons of garbage out by the dumpers just all over the lawn. Update: they sent out a email about smoking and what did it change? Literally nothing. Everyone smokes inside or in the courtyard in between building and with the ACs on it get sucked into your apartment. Not good for anyone with asthma or migraines to live. And also. Fix the potholes in the parking lot. That’s a payout waiting to happen.. I’ve gotten money before for damage due to a pothole in a parking lot that caused $1,200 of damage to my car. So anyone reading this be aware that you can get money for damage done. With the amount of rent the least they can do is fix the holes.

  Extremely unprofessional and unprepared for prospective new tenants. Leasing office is completely unresponsive during the time of scheduled apartment tour, had to wait 30+ minutes with no response or communication before leaving. Also scheduled a tour with zero apartments available for viewing which is completely useless. Extremely greedy company, they are managing multiple large apartment complexes with little care for tenants and focused on profits.
