Do not rent from this place!!! I was there for 18 months and at first it all seemed lovely. The quality of construction is garbage at best.
Then my entire building had to evacuate immediately because a sprinkler pipe burst. I understand these things can be out of their control, but the property manager seemed to enjoy seeing us all suffering. She always had a superior attitude and treated us like we were beneath her, but this was to the extreme. They didn’t offer to find us a hotel for the night, didn’t even offer us a bottle of water- just “leave”. I had been at work when the flood occurred and a fellow resident notified me. It took the office several hours to notify us and we only were sent an email. No phone call or text. Thankfully my animals were unharmed. They then gave us a couple days to completely move out but gave us very restricted hours each day to pack and move. It took weeks to get our rent refunded and they would say “think of this as just like you’re moving out like normal”. But it wasn’t normal. We were treated like cattle. I lost a couple weeks of PTO and it overall cost me $10,000+ that I’ll never get back.
On top of that, the dog park is a joke, the pool is hard to use because of unenforced pool parties, the secure package system is aggravating at best. You’re limited on internet options and it’s expensive and is the worst internet connection ever making working from home impossible.
The only good thing is the residents…but i don’t know how long that good culture of people stay considering how horrible management is.
Other people have tried to leave reviews and the bad ones automatically disappear- so this will be interesting to see how long they keep this up.

I moved to Broadleaf almost 3 months ago and I love it, the neighbors are friendly, I love my apartment, I love the fact that my dog is welcome here, but of course no place is perfect, this ain't heaven yet lol, the noise from other neighbors transfers through the walls/floors but thank God for the invention of the fan, it's great for noise cancellation. I also love the community channel and all the activities they have, they do a great job with the social aspect. The most impressive thing has been the leasing manager Melissa, she made me feel so welcome, her spirit is so gentle and you can tell she does everything with kindness love and excellence, the first day I met her during the apartment tour she made me feel this would be home!
