  Long story short, Nikki is either harassing me or being intentionally petty. These photos from the move-out inspection show dust specks being flagged as “cleaning issues.” That is an unacceptable standard and a dishonest way to justify withholding money from tenants. I paid my rent on time or early for over two years. Meanwhile, when I reported a homeless man sleeping directly next to the front entrance, Nikki never responded, followed up, or reassured me that the situation was being handled. The lack of concern for tenant safety compared to the level of scrutiny being applied to dust specks during move-out is ridiculous. And I have other examples in addition to these. This feels like a bad business practice and an attempt to squeeze money out of tenants after they leave. I expect a thoughtful response addressing why this inspection was handled this way and what is being done to correct it.

  I just moved here and have been absolutely blown away by how positive the experience has been. I didn’t know the area or anyone in connecticut, and the property manager Nikki, and the maintenance manager Deron, have both gone above and beyond to help me get settled. Nikki knows everyone’s names and always asks them how they’re doing! I love my apartment. It’s the perfect location for a UConn student (im only 2 min from class!) parking is easy and the trash gets picked up super regularly so nothing is messy in the trash room! It’s a quiet building and I never get bothered by my neighbors, who are all super kind! I definitely recommend living here!!

  I booked the in person showing through portal 4 days in advance and it won't let me choose any other date coz it just says we will see you on xyz date on abc time and when I reach there, the leasing office agent doesn't open the door and when I was still talking through intercom she hung up on me. That's so rude. Being a leasing agent working woth people and talking to a potential client, that behaviour is extremely rude and unacceptable to me.

  I moved in just before winter and management changes. It was seamless. Quick responses and a welcoming atmosphere. Excited for the rest of my stay!

  We have lived in our apartment at the Front Street Lofts for a couple of months. Our apartment is very comfortable. The centralized downtown location and quick access to freeways makes it convenient. It's also within walking distance of several parks, restaurants, and attractions. We also appreciate the adjacent covered parking garage. We love our view of Front Street and UCONN Hartford. As with any home, there are issues that have come up, but they are generally quick to address them. The manager Nikki is friendly and works to be very accommodating and responsive.
