  I am absolutely shocked at the level of mismanagement of this property. There have been 4 property managers in the 2 years that I have been here. I am not even going to go into the multitude of issues that this property about day to day living. The only thing I want to highlight is that the current property manager has not been able to execute basic duties in any timely manner. Credits have not been applied for months. Pet rent continues despite multiple acknowledgements that pet has moved out. Lease move out documents that PROPERTY needs to fill, are not filled out properly, leaving me as the resident to send multiple emails with timestamps to protect myself. I have to keep extensive records and documentation because the property is unable to perform basic functions competently and in a timely manner. I am often dumbfounded if they are just incompetent or petty. I get calls from Eversource asking if I confirm I want to restart my service AFTER I’ve moved out because even Eversource was confused why the management reached out to them. Similar thing happened with xfinity AFTER I had moved out. I believe that Carlton Management absolutely needs to take a look into this matter on an urgent basis.

  I’ve been a tenant at Front Street Lofts for around 2 years. Nikki and Deron frequently go out of their way to take care of issues in the building in timely fashions. I recommend this building due to the professional staff who make the gears turn. The garage that Front Street Lofts uses has been a victim to frequent thefts. However, garage staff have taken steps to hire additional security, which seems to have worked to mitigate the amount of thefts. Thank you to Nikki the property manager and from maintenance for making my stay in Hartford memorable and seamless.

  Long story short, Nikki is either harassing me or being intentionally petty. These photos from the move-out inspection show dust specks being flagged as “cleaning issues.” That is an unacceptable standard and a dishonest way to justify withholding money from tenants. I paid my rent on time or early for over two years. Meanwhile, when I reported a homeless man sleeping directly next to the front entrance, Nikki never responded, followed up, or reassured me that the situation was being handled. The lack of concern for tenant safety compared to the level of scrutiny being applied to dust specks during move-out is ridiculous. And I have other examples in addition to these. This feels like a bad business practice and an attempt to squeeze money out of tenants after they leave. I expect a thoughtful response addressing why this inspection was handled this way and what is being done to correct it.

  My wife and I were very impressed with the excellent service and welcoming hospitality Kassandra extended to us when touring the property. She was so patient and detailed oriented to answer our related questions. We felt at home even we have not moved in yet. Kassandra is an asset of ur company. We gave her a 5 star rating!

  Been here 2 weeks. Great overall experience from showing to move in. Management is great and all the staff super helpful. Location is convenient and secure and unit is very nice.
