  What a lying, dirty place to rent from. Do not rent here. Walls are thin. Forced to pay valet trash and internet for a fee of over $200 a month on top of the sky high rent. Gave the required notice as stated in the lease that my unit was going to be vacant for a month due to an early job transfer out of state back home. They then took it upon themselves to say that I was breaking my lease a month early and then proceeded to send me to a collection agency. When I paid every dime that I owed. They then lied about receiving my check in the mail so then I had to pay to send a new one via Certified Mail to the collection agency. I was never once late or a problem tenant. I also left the apartment cleaner than the condition in which I received it in. Yet they treated me like complete trash when I moved out.

  Living here was fantastic. Charlie the manager is amazing and will bend over backwards to get what you need. Neighbors are friendly, and if you want a short commute to the sub base, I don’t think you can get closer without buying a house. It’s off the main highway enough that road noise is basically nonexistent. Highly recommend!

  I have enjoyed living here since May and the Pleasant Valley Apartments are quiet, very tidy and well maintained. The staff and management do a wonderful job also.

  So many positive things to say about Pleasant Valley! Kelly, the property manager, is fantastic and extremely helpful, and became known to our Labrador as the keeper of all the treats. The building and units are nicely laid out with great modern amenities, extremely dog-friendly, and unique interior layouts (especially in our studio unit) that made the space feel much bigger than the square footage would suggest. Well-equipped gym, too! Easy drive to downtown Groton, Mystic, and New London.

  I'm very pleased with this apartment community. The grounds and common areas are immaculate. Kelly, the Property Manager, is very responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents' needs are met. Personally, my expectations have been exceeded. During the holiday season in particular, mail and package delivery services were a nightmare, and although it wasn't her responsibility, Kelly stepped in to help us retrieve all of our belongings.
