Avoid renting at The Grande or any "Trio Properties" like THE LUMINARY in Simsbury , etc. at all costs. If there was a way to give a Zero review, this would be it. The management was so good until Trio Properties took over. Now, the buildings are consistently dirty, people fall on the ice that does not get cleared during storms, you will be breathing in marijuana in your "home" even if it is not you that is smoking and most importantly, they nickel and dime you for ridiculous things, like changing air filters, and their lease prices change like the weather. You will never know what they will charge when it is time to renew. The management is absolutely heartless and awful. They come up with random numbers when your lease is due. DO NOT COME HERE! There are so many fair landlords in the Simsbury and Granby area. Unless someone else is paying your rent, avoid THE GRANDE AND THE LUMINARY AT ALL COSTS. You will be so glad to avoid the greedy people who manage and own these properties. It is so very sad. Please message me for more details.
