  Wonderful luxury apartment complex in Glastonbury. We were very impressed with this apartment and it is lovely, clean, and safe. Highway access is super easy, walking distance to nice restaurants and whole foods. Travis is the best! From the very beginning, the leasing office staff and Jose (maintenance technician) were very friendly, professional and amazingly responsive. Nothing to complain about here! Definitely happy with my choice! I would highly recommend this community to everyone that cares about living in a peaceful and positive environment. This is the best one in town.

  We have lived here for about a week now and are finally settled in and comfortable. Moving here was not in our cards, but we sold our house in town quicker than expected and need someplace to live for a few months until we move out of state. The management team worked with us to come up with a lease and terms that worked best for us, since we knew we were likely to be here for a full six months. The leasing process has been pretty seamless as there is a team of 3-4 people available at all times to assist if needed. We are living in the smallest of the one bedroom apartments with our dog and it’s more than enough room. The appliances are all high quality, the finished are beautiful and we love the double vanity in the bathroom! We also love the fact that the washer and dryer are full size! Our bedroom closet is also huge for apartment living! You get one assigned spot with a one bedroom but there is plenty of guest parking and we haven’t had trouble parking close to the door using a guest spot yet. The gym is nice and has all the necessities, although my husband would like a stepper machine and I think a peleton would make a good addition (hint hint management!) We can’t wait for it to get warmer and the pool to be open! The location of the property is so close to town that you can walk almost everywhere. We’ve already walked to dinner one night! Even though it’s only been a week, I’m so glad we chose here over the other luxury complex in town!
