  DO NOT LIVE HERE. The units are decent but the management is horrible. Aime was rude on multiple occasions. Before moving out, I filled an online form and indicated I wanted to extend my lease by a couple of days. I called the office to confirm that the online form was sufficient notification and Aime misunderstood my question and firmly told me "you will be sued if I don't move out on time" which was not even what I was insulting. When I asked Aime what my prorated rate would be she said the "math is too complicated to do". At one point, I lost wifi connection in my second floor apartment and Cox came and told me it would be months before they would be able to replace the wire running from the basement. After several technicians tried and failed to diagnose the issue, one Cox expert realized that the problem was they were renovating the unit below me and did not hire an electrician to love the wires. In the process, the workers had disconnected my wifi weeks ago and were in the process of plastering them into the wall, which would have been a disaster. Luckily the problem was solved after weeks without wifi,. After I moved out I received 0 instructions about when/where to drop of my key or about how and when I was going to get my deposit back. My deposit was even docked $100 with no reason given. The maintenance team, however, was always kind and helpful.

  Well maintained apartment complex. Managers Aime and Haley are very professional, attentive, and personable; they both take the time to address any and all concerns. Good place and in a very convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to I91.

  This community is very comfortable. Also the team in the leasing office, Aime and John, are very helpful and personable. I had a great experience the whole way through and plan to keep this my home for a long time!

  Very positive experience with management. Fast, kind communications and matinee requests are answered and turned around very quickly!

  I scheduled an appointment to view this complex and met with Johnny who was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful during the apportionment. He showed me a few great choices of redone apartments that were going to be available, as well as, the amenities of the complex. Johnny explained all my rental options and obligations with the time lines. Due to unforeseen issues with selling my property, I am unable to rent from them at this time. But if my circumstances change, this will be the place I would choose! Great management staff and impressive rental options!
