I’m going to preface this by saying we did not leave this property on our own terms, so they will dismiss this as us being vengeful, but heed my words.
We moved here sight unseen as we were relocating and the apartments look nice and the amenities are great on paper. Quickly we realized we were dealing with very old infrastructure, which is easily excused as it is an older building. I was not anticipating having outlets go off randomly and then just turning back on. The kitchen light had to stay on because if you turned it off, it wouldn’t come back on. The freezer never really froze stuff. When we would bring it up to maintenance, it was all brushed off. Our tub didn’t have a drain in it, but that ticket was just closed. We had to buy a plug for it.
And the incessant fire alarms. I am a disabled woman and was on the fourth floor. Every time those sirens went off, I had to call 911 to verify if it was a real fire or just the normal weird occurrence. Spoiler alert, it was never an actual fire.
The neighborhood is not great. If you live in building 6, you get to play everyone’s favorite game “Was that a firecracker or a gun shot?”. Car alarms go off all night and random groups of people just hang out in the parking lot.
All of that pales in comparison to the management staff. If you need anything from them, get it in writing. Don’t go in and then rely on the information they told you verbally. The worst offender has since left, but I’d still get it in writing. They treat the office hours as more of a loose concept, especially on the weekends. We’ve gone by several times and the office was closed. Once, we were told “you just caught me, I was leaving” a full two hours before closing time.
It looks amazing on the website, but do your due diligence.

I would not recommend living here.
The apartments are consistently overheated, and tenants have no way to control the temperature in their own units. Even during colder months, it can be uncomfortably warm -up to 80°- making it difficult to live comfortably.
Safety is also a major concern. There are no security cameras monitoring the parking lots. A few days ago a resident had their tires slashed, yet there appears to be little effort to improve security or address these incidents despite giving the offender’s name to Shirley in the office. She couldn’t be bothered, wouldn’t take the name and was dismissive. Shirley, know that you’ll be held liable as this is documented knowledge that a particular resident (MG) is unsafe, breaking the law and you aren’t addressing the issue.
Management is largely unresponsive when problems arise. Lease violations seem to go unenforced, and residents can apparently break lease terms or move in additional occupants for years without consequence. This lack of oversight creates frustration for tenants who expect rules to be applied fairly and consistently.
If you're looking for a safe, well-managed community where tenant concerns are taken seriously, this is not the place. If you want to rent and move in friends and family without putting them on the lease then by all means, move here!

Fire alarm at 1am on a weekday. Multiple times a week. No ac until June and even then, you won’t have heat and it does get cold like in the 40s🫠Outside noise. Spiders & insects everywhere. Homeless group living in a van right in front of the building. Also insects everywhere. It’s the jungle. This week, I’ve been hearing rats in the ceiling & told management and they did nothing. Don’t sign a lease for here especially building 6. It’s like living on the street. Noise from car radios. CT plates: 78013A is homeless & lives in the parking lot. He lives the truck on all day and you’ll hear the noise in your apartment 🥴Construction noise at 3am. they also mow the lawn @6pm. EVERSOURCE is also always down & performing installs.
