  I'm sorry for that I have no choice but to write such a bad review about this place where I made really good memories in the United States. I lived here for a year from September 2021 to September 2022. I made really good memories here. However, the problem occurred after moving in September 2022. They still haven't returned my deposit to me after 6 months. When I moved out, I was told over and over again that checks could be sent anywhere overseas. But I didn't get the check. I have called and emailed several times to ask for a deposit, but they repeat the same words over the phone and never respond to my email. I called to ask for a deposit refund, but they say they sent a check and they don't confirm whether the check was delivered or not. I checked the progress by contacting the head office, but the person in charge changes in the middle of the conversation. So far, 3 people have changed, and as expected, no one is responsible for the progress and answers. They may not be willing to refund your deposit the way they did to me. please be careful.

  If it werent for new work arrangements and work being a bit too far from Arbor, we definitely would have stayed at least one more lease term. We lived at arbor for two years and had nothing but the best experience. The complex is very home-y as is the apartment but the two floor, townhouse style with upstairs balcony and cathedral ceilings gives it a modern touch. The galley kitchen is small, which can be tough especially for two people who love to cook, but we made due with what we had. Ample tenant as well as guest parking, Laundry, dishwasher, 1.5 baths. Snow removal, routine weekly landscaping and fast thorough response from maintenance and the leasing office was always great. You share walls with your neighbors but the units are staggered so you’re not on top of eachother. We never ever heard neighbors on either side. Arbor commons is also in a perfect location near Ellington schools, PD, grocery stores and various restaurants. The high point for me was being located fairly privately behind arbor park and having full access to the park. Our dogs enjoyed daily walks around the park and neighborhood and we especially loved the Saturday morning farmers markets . Again, if not for our working situations we would definitely still be at arbor and will miss the property for sure.

  Small, but beautiful park near the center of town. It has gazebos, bridges, and local historical monuments.
