  this is my 2nd year at summit and i really like the community. Quiet and safe , since i work the night shift it is nice to come home to a quiet place.

  Nice quiet community and every one is friendly. Great location with many stores in the area and close to the highway/train station. Also handled any service issues quickly and efficiently. Anthony and CC are great as well and available when needed

  Anthony and CC have been very helpful and accommodative during my transition to the Summit. They helped with document flow and meetings as needed especially with my busy schedule at work. So far I enjoy the community here and living at my unit.

  I've had a wonderful experience living here and recently decided to renew my lease because it's been such a positive place to call home. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and cared for, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living (especially during this past winter/snow season!) One thing I especially appreciate is how quickly maintenance requests and work orders are addressed. The team is always responsive, and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. A special thank you to CC, the property manager, who has been incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative throughout my time here. She is always willing to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure residents are taken care of. Her professionalism and genuine care really stand out. Overall, I've had a great experience and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming, place to live.

  The two maintenance men at this facility, Anthony & David, are top-tier. They are always quick, kind, and respectful — consistently taking time out of their incredibly busy days to explain any repairs or fixes that are needed. They are the best!
