If you have the option to live somewhere else, I would highly recommend you take it. Despite all of the comments on here claiming that the grounds were cared for, the community is quiet, and that staff is welcoming, our experience was anything but that. For what this complex charges, living here is not worth the hassle, especially if you have a pet. The amount of residents allowed to be in violation of their lease here is absurd. Residents do not clean up pet waste, trash is constantly left to float around the complex, and noise is not controlled. It's possible that our apartment building was the sole building ignored and not cared for, but I would suspect that is not the case. In particular, we filed multiple complaints with the complex regarding a wild cat problem. Because residents were feeding the cat, the cat became territorial and the food attracted other wild life. Before we left, we had opossums, cats, raccoons, and skunks hanging out outside of our doorstep on a nightly basis. The cats would bring dead mice and chipmunks to our door. The cat killed a bird on our doorstep. Our neighbors screamed for the cat all hours of the day. The complex was never quiet. Despite our multiple complaints (submitted to maintenance, online via the portal, and through email), none of these issues were addressed. The cat taunted our dog and forced us to exit our apartment through a different door. The cat has obviously not been to a vet and posed safety and health risks in addition to general annoyance. Aside from our personal struggles with the wild cat, the complex took several months to fix a leak in our ceiling that dripped water every time it rained. We were only given one parking spot for two cars, and thus had to walk a sizable distance to our car or pay an additional $50 per month for another parking spot. Communication was subpar and inconsistent. On a regular basis my husband would receive pertinent communication that I had not and vice versa (such as having to move our cars for the snow plows with only an hour notice and no where to go). Neither my husband and I ever felt like this complex actually cared about its residents. The maintenance men were the only people that we felt advocated for us and genuinely cared about our experience. They were amazing. However, everyone else seems to only be there to make money. If you choose to live here, please download a copy of your lease, make a HUGE note on when the complex requires notice to vacate, and do not lose it. If you are even slightly late, they will take your entire security deposit. Expect to pay at least an additional $200 per month for service fees on top of your rent. Expect all of your communication with corporate to go unanswered.

1 star is honestly too generous. The maintenance team was great, but management completely ruined the experience. The move-out process was a nightmare, with ridiculous extra charges for rent and cleaning after I left the apartment thoroughly cleaned. When my fiancé called to discuss the charges, the manager screamed at him and hung up. We’ve tried repeatedly to contact management since then and have been completely ignored. And as if that wasn’t enough, the apartment was constantly full of spiders. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache. I would absolutely not recommend living here.

This facility is beautiful. The area has a lot of convenient shops, and I’d like to mention that the complex is very peaceful.

Nice quiet community and every one is friendly. Great location with many stores in the area and close to the highway/train station. Also handled any service issues quickly and efficiently. Anthony and CC are great as well and available when needed
