PMI has been managing my rentals for the past two years, and they’ve honestly taken so much off my plate. Managing properties can easily turn into a headache, but their team has made the entire experience practically stress-free. Every tenant they’ve placed has been reliable, pays on time, and actually looks after the place. Whenever maintenance comes up, whether it’s routine AC servicing or a minor repair, they handle it right away with good vendors who don’t overcharge, and they always loop me in before doing anything major. The owner portal is straightforward, payouts are always on schedule, and I love that they send thorough inspection updates so I know what shape the homes are in. If you want a property manager who actually communicates and treats your investments like their own, PMI is well worth it.

Excellent service and highly recommended! I have been working with PMI Golden Haven since 2022, when Ruben Vallejo helped me find and rent my home. Since then, he has continued to assist me with the rental and property management, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. Ruben is professional, honest, responsive, and always willing to help. I really appreciate having someone I can trust to take care of things and make the rental process easier. After several years of working together, I can honestly say that PMI Golden Haven has provided excellent service and support. I highly recommend Ruben and the entire PMI Golden Haven team!
