- JLJennifer LeibovitzJan 24, 20251.0I was offered an apartment that I looked at. 2 weeks before moving saying it is not going to be ready. Offered a different unit from what I saw. Then move in date got bumped because it wasn’t cleaned yet. This is extremely inconvenient when you already planed for movers. Moved in - smoke detector kept going off due to battery being dead. Then closet door broke. Asked management what outlets correspond to lights getting plugged in and they had no idea. Takes for ever to get in contact with management for ongoing issues. Say they leave at 4 but have gone a few times to the office at 3-30 and no one was there. Laundry rooms are not cleaned, water on floor. Grass is not kept. Rules are different compared to the handbook. No hot water a couple times in 9 months I’ve stayed there. You are also not notified when this happens or when it will be turned back on. Had bee infestation that took a few days to even get in contact with someone. Was told maintenance came and saw nothing. Meanwhile bees still kept coming in. Units are like a sauna in the hallways due to the heat blasting year round. The units itself are ok. Overall, I payed out my contact due to being so unhappy.
