Wow, this place is so special! I just arrived in CT after a big move and it was a bit of a mad dash to find an affordable apartment. Monica and Elba in the leasing office were so friendly and welcoming even though I walked in without an appointment. Elba immediately volunteered to show me some units on site and Monica met me at their other locations to give me a tour. Everything was clean and newly renovated. Cozy is a good word that comes to mind. Good management was one of the most important things I was looking for and I knew I had found it. Monica, Elba and the maintenance team all really care about the tenants and work really hard to fix any issues as they arise, promptly and effectively. I couldn't ask for a better situation. Huge thank you to the whole team! 🥰🥰
