  We bought our first house last year, and we were lucky enough to have Holly Giordano as our agent. Through every step of the process, she showed care and professionalism, and she was a tireless advocate for our best interests. In fact, it was Holly’s persistence that made it possible for us to buy our dream home. She continued to communicate with the seller’s agent even after they chose another buyer, paving the way for us to have another opportunity when the first buyer backed out. One year in, and we are still absolutely smitten with our house and deeply grateful to Holly for helping us find our way home. In addition to being a skilled agent, Holly is also a lovely and engaging individual. We enjoyed touring houses with her. She demonstrated patience as we navigated the process as newbies, and it was easy to coordinate with her to schedule house tours. She quickly learned our preferences and style, and we appreciated working with a self-proclaimed “house nerd” who noticed architectural details and made the process fun. Her guidance made a stressful process so much easier, and she continued to check in with us long after our closing date to make sure all was going well. We can’t imagine leaving our home anytime soon. If we were to choose to do so, however, we also can’t imagine working with anyone other than Holly.

  My wife and I were moving to our sixth state with some idea of how the process would go but very little knowledge of the NY/CT market. William Pitt Sotheby's provided two exceptional and knowledgeable agents (Mimi Margarelli for NY and Holly Giordano for CT) who helped us navigate and learn both markets during a VERY CHALLENGING market. Both agents really listened and tried to understand what mattered most to us and stayed vigilant and proactive over a 9 month period to help us eventually find the right home for us! Special acknowledgement to Holly Giordano who really helped us navigate not just the real estate elements but a lot of other steps, processes, and procedures in CT that are VERY different from our experience in all of our previous cities/states we have called home.

  FEB 2025: (Sale of Home) Kevin has helped us with real estate transactions in Darien CT - buying, selling (and renting) homes 5 times now and each time he came through fabulously. We always got a great deal when we bought our homes, and always sold them for a higher value. This is largely due to Kevin's guidance and his experience with regards to the marketplace and knowledge of what at any point in time is placed at a premium. The timing of the sale, the home improvements we should have concentrate on - all of these were thanks to his insights as a realtor. He has a fantastic network of realtors and always has an ecosystem of buyers and sellers he can tap into to successfully complete your real estate transaction. We always have !! ------------ AUG 2023: (Purchase of Home) Kevin Quick is a super star realtor. We have known Kevin for 10 plus years now and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has helped us with rental properties with the purchase of two homes in Darien, CT and the sale of another home in Darien. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable of the entire Fairfield county market, great at providing analytics and metrics, and one can lean on his tremendous local knowledge and global vision of this residential market. He never rushes you, offers a lot of incredible perspective and insights and right off the bat you know you can trust him implicitly.
