  We feel so lucky to have found Amy! She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find not only the right town, but a house that checked all of our boxes, within our price range, on only our second try. We ran into a few bumps along the way, and Amy guided us through some tricky negotiations with such grace and confidence. Her advice on the market and pricing was also spot-on. She even took time away from her vacation to help us, and her partner Carolyn was wonderful whenever she stepped in—they make a great team. Amy has also been incredibly helpful since we closed, sharing tons of local recommendations for work on the house and even checking in after the recent flooding to make sure we were okay (thankfully, we weren’t impacted!). We’re so grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend Amy and Carolyn!

  We bought our first house last year, and we were lucky enough to have Holly Giordano as our agent. Through every step of the process, she showed care and professionalism, and she was a tireless advocate for our best interests. In fact, it was Holly’s persistence that made it possible for us to buy our dream home. She continued to communicate with the seller’s agent even after they chose another buyer, paving the way for us to have another opportunity when the first buyer backed out. One year in, and we are still absolutely smitten with our house and deeply grateful to Holly for helping us find our way home. In addition to being a skilled agent, Holly is also a lovely and engaging individual. We enjoyed touring houses with her. She demonstrated patience as we navigated the process as newbies, and it was easy to coordinate with her to schedule house tours. She quickly learned our preferences and style, and we appreciated working with a self-proclaimed “house nerd” who noticed architectural details and made the process fun. Her guidance made a stressful process so much easier, and she continued to check in with us long after our closing date to make sure all was going well. We can’t imagine leaving our home anytime soon. If we were to choose to do so, however, we also can’t imagine working with anyone other than Holly.

  Working with Amy Barsanti was an absolute dream from start to finish. From the very first meeting, it was clear that she truly cared about getting to know us and helping us find the perfect home. Amy brings an incredible combination of professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine care that made the entire process successful and enjoyable. What stood out most was her attention to detail, especially in getting to know our preferences and during the bidding process. She single handedly helped us win a bidding war because of her extensive knowledge and communication with the seller's broker. She also has been incredibly helpful post our purchase by connecting us with great home service professionals.   Bob was amazing to work with. We were not the easiest clients, but Bob and Mike were patient with our indecisions and it worked out great for us. They were extremely knowledgeable of the current market and bent over backwards to find us a home that fit. I would recommend them hands down, 5 stars and really fun to work with.
