  I had an awful experience with Toll Brothers. Faulty drainage (incorrectly installed by Toll Bros) outside my condo unit caused a flood that destroyed my basement and led to tens of thousands of dollars in damage and an unusable basement going on two years now. They refuse to cover the costs. Avoid this builder - they do not stand behind their work and do not support their customers.

  Terrible workmanship. I have a foundation that is leaking and I can't get Toll Brothers to do anything. If you google toll brothers, this seems to be amazingly common problem -- subpar foundations. I'd avoid if you would like your house to have any value in 10 years.
