My inquiry did not involve your department. But you still went out of your way to track down the person that I needed to speak to.   I've been living in Timber Oak managed by REI for 10 plus years and I would like to recognize Jessica, our Assistant Community Association Manager, for her caring, dedication and day to day focus towards solving problems and achieving results for our community. Even though her job is very demanding, Jessica steps up and goes above and beyond what is expected of her. Her ability to effectively communicate, approachable demeanor and keen attention to details has been essential to the wellbeing and success of our community. Jessica gets things done! We are so lucky to have her.

  I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Kim Murray for the past two years , and she has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Kim genuinely cares about the people and communities she serves , and it shows in everything she does. She is always responsive, professional, and willing to help , no matter the situation. What I appreciate most is her positive attitude and the way she handles challenges with confidence and grace. She has a knack for bringing people together, keeping things organized, and making sure issues are addressed promptly. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly competent and truly personable. Kim is someone you can trust to follow through, communicate clearly, and always put her best foot forward.   We have been very happy with REI's management of our Sterling Woods HOA. Both routine maintenance and larger improvement programs are carried out smoothly and done well. Kim Murray, our property manager is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She gets back to us quickly (usually within a day) with answers to questions or problems. As a result of pro-active management by Kim, REI and the Board, Sterling Woods is a well-run and lovely place to live.

  As a resident of Timber Oak I have had the pleasure of working closely with our property manager, Jessica Didomenico. Jessica is more than professional in her position as manager. Jessica is a great listener and extremely fair and sensitive to the needs of our residents. I have had the pleasure of attending many group meetings with Jessica and can attest to her professional and pleasant demeanor. In my opinion Jessica is an asset to our community at Timber Oak. REI is very lucky to have a manager who is as competent and pleasant as Jessica. As a ten year resident here, I realize how challenging this role must be, there are many people to answer to.
