  Has been absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone. Have been calling for two weeks straight and no answers or call backs. Have sent emails, messages via the website and even reached out through their emergency line without any kind of response. Be wary if you plan to move in here.

  Be very careful of the 1 month free offer. It's a bait and switch. We were offered a 1 month free on a unit and moved in, we were told prior to signing the lease (which we were pressured to sign quickly) that once we paid the security deposit and first month, the second month would be free. Given we did not have ample time to read the lease carefully, the free month was not mentioned in the lease. When the first month came (which we were under the impression was free) we started being harassed about paying the rent. We called the office several times, mostly getting bots and AI receptionists who did not return my call. We also emailed the leasing agent (Eric Socci -- the person who told us we had the month free) and received a dated out of office in response. We finally had conversations with the team, who investigated and claimed that Eric never offered a month free and since it wasn't on the lease it wouldn't be honored. Now we have moved in, and we were told if we didn't pay right away they would begin eviction proceedings. We ended up paying for the full rent for what was supposed to be a free month. Just putting this out there as a buyer beware. They do not keep their word, so ensure you have all in writing.

  Lived there 18 months. Overpriced for what you get. Old, flimsy construction, maintenance is great, leasing office minus Eric is not trustworthy, a lot of community events but aren’t promoted well, inconsiderate neighbors.You can do better for that cost.

  From the beginning to the final walk through Eric and Lauren were so welcoming to our family. We have done nothing but enjoy our move in from day one. We also don’t see us here for a year or two. We can actually see us growing here for years. Coming from a single family home we thought we had to give up a lot, but in the long run we have gained a lot. A friendly community within, an awesome community room with a pool table, and an amazing gym. And we certainly can’t wait for pool, grilling and fire pit season to start. We no longer have to do lawn maintenance or shoveling or take our garbage to the street as everything is done for you. The air is so much more inviting and we come home less stressed knowing these tasks are not hanging over our heads. I honestly can’t say more about our amazing experience. Well I probably could, but I’ll run out of space.
