I love the apartment styles, the amenities are beautiful, and more than anything, I’ve really enjoyed seeing the sense of community that has developed here. There are so many great people who call Overland Crossing home, and it’s been really rewarding getting to know my neighbors!

My wife, dog and I moved in about two months ago and the experience has been great. The apartment is roomy and nicely laid out along with brand new appliances. The location is within walking distance to restaurants. The amenities and clubhouse are very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful, with events for the tenants from time to time which is a nice touch. Happy tenants here!

I just moved into my new apartment and absolutely love it! It is so nice and feels so comfortable here. The people that work here are so nice and pleasant to interact with, especially Emily. It is super pet friendly as well and my dog loves it here just as much as I do. Great place to call home!

I would highly recommend no one move into this place. You have a simple request of measurements of a door they don't get back to you. You have to call them 4 days later, to remind them to do their job. And then when they give you a door dimension, they tell me, it's 34 inches by 13 inches, which that person does not know how to read a measuring tape. Nor does the woman Heather in the office. She should have said that's impossible when she got the dimensions and you need to go back and get the proper dimensions. But she didn't do that. I have to micromanage them like everybody else because nobody does their jobs anymore. They're incompetent. They are just people there that unlock a door do you like it or not? Oh, do you wanna sign the lease? That's as much as their mental capacity has absolute ridiculous. Don't go there, not at worth it. They don't have amenities, they force you to get internet and cable t v which I don't want no, thank you.Oh, and they charge you for parking.Forget about it
