I had an amazing experience when I spoke with Rosa Fernandez. She was prompt and went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had. She was pleasant and gave me all the information I needed with no hesitation. I work in real estate and good people are hard to come by, Rosa is a rare gem!

I toured with Rosa as a walk-in without an appointment, and she was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, the apartment size was a bit too small for what I’m looking for, but they were absolutely beautiful. Rosa made the experience so positive that I would absolutely recommend this property to others. Thank you, Rosa, for being so kind and helpful!
Rose has been very helpful, professional, and responsive as a property manager. She communicates clearly, follows up when needed, and makes the process feel easier. I appreciate her patience, kindness, and the way she handles things with care. I would definitely recommend working with her.
Thank you Rose for all your information very helpful.

Our experience with Rosa, the property manager, was disappointing. Unfortunately, she came across as unfriendly and unprofessional throughout our visit.
The office had several signs inviting visitors to "Come Right In," so we politely entered. However, we were not greeted warmly. Rosa never introduced herself, asked what we were looking for, or made any effort to learn about our housing needs. When we mentioned that we were planning to move next year, her interest seemed to disappear entirely.
She did not offer any brochures or information about the community. We had to ask multiple times just to receive a basic information sheet and an overview of the property's amenities and features. The entire interaction felt unwelcoming and gave the impression that prospective residents were more of an inconvenience than valued guests.
First impressions are important, especially in property management. Potential renters should feel welcomed, respected, and informed, regardless of when they plan to move. Based solely on this experience, I would not consider renting here, especially when there are many other apartment communities that make prospective residents feel appreciated from the moment they walk through the door.
If your office invites visitors to come in, your staff should be prepared to greet them professionally, answer questions, and provide information in a friendly and courteous manner. I hope management reviews how prospective tenants are being treated, because this experience did not reflect positively on the community.
Rosa, the property manager, was not friendly and, quite frankly, came across as unprofessional. They need to FIRE her!! There were multiple signs inviting visitors to “Come Right In,” so we politely walked into the office. She never introduced herself, never asked what we were looking for, and showed little interest in helping us. When we mentioned we were looking to move next year, she seemed to lose interest completely.
She didn’t offer any brochures or information about the property. We had to ask several times just to get a simple information sheet and an overview of what the community had to offer. The entire interaction felt unwelcoming and unpleasant.
First impressions matter, especially in property management. Potential tenants shouldn’t feel judged or dismissed. Based on this experience alone, I would never consider renting here. There are plenty of other apartment communities in the area that value prospective residents.
If your office has signs encouraging people to come in, your staff should be prepared to greet them professionally and make them feel welcome. Management should seriously evaluate how prospective tenants are being treated, because this experience did not reflect well on the property.
