- GMGladys MidyJun 26, 20261.0I have lived at Cherry Street Lofts since 2020, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Over the years, my car has been broken into six times, and I have had packages stolen. Despite these ongoing security issues, I have not seen meaningful improvements to help protect residents. Now my apartment has even more problems. My air conditioning is not working, and I have mice in my apartment. My son is allergic to mice, making this a serious health concern. I have reported these issues and expect them to be addressed immediately. As a tenant who pays rent, I expect a safe, secure, and habitable place to live. Until pest control is sent to address the mice and my maintenance concerns are resolved, I do not feel that the apartment is meeting basic living standards. If you’re considering moving here, I encourage you to carefully research the property and speak with current residents before signing a lease.

I wasn’t even done talking to her or asking the necessary questions about the apartment. The workers here have no training on how to speak with people or handle them in a proper professional manner.

Wondering how in the world they passed inspection??? Also, there are 0 consequences in regards to nuisance for tenants in clear violation of the lease contract.
