  We had such a positive experience working with Alanna throughout the leasing process! She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. She answered all of our questions, was always quick to get back to us, and made the entire process feel seamless and straightforward. We really appreciated how accommodating and pleasant she was to work with. She made a great first impression of the community, and we’re so excited to move into our new home!

  Irving, our maintenance technician is amazing! I submitted a request online due to a water leak in our storage room. Within an hour, I got a phone call and he came over. He immediately diagnosed the problem and attempted to fix it. When he figured out that the pipes weren’t fitting back the right way, he wanted to fix things honestly, so he called in an emergency repair with HVAC. They came over within the hour. The water had to be shut off due to preventing a dangerous situation. Although neighbors weren’t happy and had been complaining, he not only had to address this concerning issue with my water line, but other peoples impatience all at the same time, making his job harder, which he doesn’t deserve. He got everything put back together, explained to the neighbors why this was an emergency, cleaned up the mess and even helped me with a few other projects without hesitation. Erwin was incredibly prompt and professional and did a great job in handling hard situations. He really saved us from what could have been a terrible accident! I’m so grateful for Irving and his skill set! He is the MAN! GIVE THIS DUDE A RAISE! Because he deserves it.

  Irving went above and beyond when handling our recent maintenance request. He responded in a timely manner and came fully prepared to get the job done right. His professionalism was evident from start to finish — courteous, respectful, and efficient. What really stood out was his depth of knowledge; he quickly identified the issue and resolved it with confidence. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work. We highly recommend Irving and look forward to continuing to work with him!

  We’ve been living at the Grand Ryefield for over a year and are very happy we decided to move here! The units are beautiful, spacious, and quiet. The people who work for the Ryefield are also fantastic. The property manager, Alanna, is very responsive and made the move in process very easy for us. The maintenance team, especially Irving, has gone above and beyond for any inquiry we have. Irving treats every request (even the minor ones) as a priority, is very patient and thorough, and is great at communicating next steps to put our minds at ease that everything will be taken care of. We love living here and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a new place to live.
