  I lived at Tellus for about 3 and a half years and really liked my time here. I only moved in order to upsize, and would have stayed here longer if the my situation allowed me to. First, the staff. Every single person was friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. Questions about leasing? Send an email and get back a response within an hour. Mundane maintenance request submitted at 10PM? Sleep with your pjs on cause you're gonna get a knock at your door at 9AM to fix whatever you got going on. Shoutout to Alexis, Chris, Kaytee, and Sierra (and everyone else) for getting shit done!!! The apartment itself is kind of small and lacks amenities compared to a lot of the newer buildings popping up everywhere but because of that it was always peaceful and quiet which I really liked. I only had to deal with the embarrassment of running into a neighbor during a midnight doordash order dropoff like once or twice? Location was the main reason I moved in and definitely kept me around. It's like 5 minutes to the highway, 15 minutes to Weha center/blue back and around the same time to downtown Hartford. If you're reading this and considering moving in I'm guessing there's a good chance you work in Hartford so let me tell you my experience: 15 min drive downtown during non rush-hour, 20ish? during (no highway needed), and 30 mins via the CT bus (there's a stop literally right outside the apartment which I wish I took advantage of more). Also this may not be applicable anymore, but it's worth a share. There was a $500 referral bonus while I lived there, and I was able to collect it 3 times without any issues. I was also able to get back close to 80% of my $1000 deposit which is crazy generous all things considered (management if you're reading this, thanks for doing me a solid and sorry about that random stain in the hallway I have no idea how that happened). If you're worried about random fees or other bs from the office to take your money I don't think you need to worry about that here So yeah I enjoyed my time here and recommend it to anyone considering moving in!

  Just an ok place to live. The apartments are made real cheep. Since moving in now there’s no on sight management M-F 8-5. There is now only 3 visitors parking for the entire building. There is no off street parking so this is a problem. And you pay for garbage pick up and now the new person can’t pick up heavy garbage and they don’t follow their own garbage pick up rules.
