  Krys and Jemuel could not have been nicer, more efficient, or more professional. They took a potentially stressful situation and showed compassion and kindness. I highly recommend Spark Bloomfield, not only for the beautiful community they have here, but for the management staff who makes you feel like you are home.

  Krystal & Jemuel were both amazing to work with and my move-in was seamless with no issues at all! Couple days into living at Spark and nothing but good things to say! Highly recommend this complex.

  From the showing to the leasing to the move in and more, Spark Bloomfield is where you want to be. Krys was so helpful during the process, answering all my questions and showing me all options before I made a decision. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home before I moved in. I love being part of this community.

  I’m incredibly thankful for Spark Bloomfield. After a difficult move from Florida to Connecticut, my husband and I searched through so many apartments, but every place we looked at seemed to fall short of what we were hoping for. Then I stumbled across Spark Bloomfield and decided to check it out. When I walked in, the first thing that greeted me was a sign on the wall that said, “You are exactly where you need to be.” At that moment, something about the place just felt different. From there, I met Jemuel, and the warmth, kindness, and genuine friendliness I experienced made me feel like I had finally found the welcoming community I had been looking for. Jemuel took the time to listen to my husband and me and helped us find a space that met our non-negotiables and the things that mattered most to us. Now that we’ve moved in, we are incredibly grateful to call Spark Bloomfield home. It truly feels like we found a place that matches what we dreamt of, and a community that welcomed us with open arms. A special thank you to Jemuel and the entire Spark Bloomfield staff for making this experience so meaningful and for helping us feel at home from the very beginning.   I lived here for about 5 years and it was fine overall. I moved out 2 months ago and still have not received my security deposit and other money I'm owed. I've contacted Spark a dozen times between email and phone trying to get an update. Their response is either pointing the finger at someone else, or completely ignoring me. I was finally able to get confirmation that I am owed money, but nobody seems to be in any rush to actually resolve the issue. The maintenance staff are wonderful people. But there are some really broken processes in that front office that are extremely frustrating to deal with.
