Laurie Kane is, without question, the best real estate professional we have ever worked with. Laurie sold our home in one day for approximately $150K over asking, but the number alone does not capture what made the experience exceptional. We have been through enough real estate transactions, and heard enough stories from friends and family, to know that not all agents approach their work the same way. There is a version of this process where an agent's primary goal is simply to get a sale across the finish line: list it, show it, accept an offer, move on. And honestly, we understand, that is a transaction. But Laurie operates from an entirely different philosophy.   Laurie was amazing and a true joy to work with. She is knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient at managing the various steps involved in the entire home sale process. Her staging ideas and photographer captured the true move-in ready feel of our beautiful house.
