  Extremely disappointing experience at the Wilder Ranch sales office. My husband and I visited because we were seriously considering purchasing a home in this community. When we walked in, I said hello to the sales staff and was completely ignored. They simply looked at me without acknowledging or greeting us. We proceeded to look at the homes and they still did not speak one word to us. We came back a few days later with my mom because we were genuinely interested in the homes and wanted to show her. Unfortunately, we were treated the same way. Cold, dismissive, and made to feel like we were an inconvenience for being there. Even my mom pointed it out to me without me even telling her about our last experience. These ladies in the sales office are EXTREMELY rude!! It honestly felt like we were judged by our appearance and our age. We’re young, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t qualified or financially capable of purchasing one of these homes. We were not expecting to be treated like VIPs, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum, especially when you’re dealing with people who may be considering spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on one of your homes.

  Very lovely community and great location! Sells team and staff has been very helpful and very welcoming, throughout the whole experience Really happy with how Everything has been and excited to see the community grow!

  Beautiful new community in such a convenient location! The homes are thoughtfully designed, and everyone we spoke with was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through the entire process of purchasing a new home, answered all of our questions, and made the experience feel easy and exciting!

  I visited this development and was met by a very rude agent. I would not buy from these people that treated potential customers so rudely and selfishly. No class
