From the very beginning, he was patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping us find the right home—not just any home. What impressed us most was his dedication. In one weekend alone, he spent hours driving us around to view more than seven different homes, making sure we had every opportunity to compare our options and find the perfect fit. He would even conduct the tour twice to accommodate our children’s nap time. He never made us feel rushed and was always willing to answer our questions and provide honest advice. His responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and enjoyable.   In an abundant sea of realtors, Justin rises to the top. On my fifth home purchase (first with Justin) it became immediately clear that his expertise was exceptional, especially with final price negotiation. He has an army of experienced professionals in banking/lending, title, appraisers, and most importantly contractors. He and his assistant were fully accessible. He advised me on the value aspects of ownership…location, convenience, neighborhood offerings and aesthetics, home maintenance burden, and growth in home value. He was thoroughly detailed in the inspection and subsequent repair issues. He definitely earned his commission. Justin has my highest recommendation.
