  Very disappointing experience. The office staff are always friendly, smile, and speak nicely, but unfortunately the actual follow-through is lacking. Maintenance requests often took months to be addressed, and we constantly had to follow up on issues that should have been resolved much sooner. Communication sounded promising, but the results rarely matched what was promised. The pool/hot tub was frequently closed or broken, and security rarely addressed people using the pool area after scheduled hours, which often led to excessive noise. Parking was also a constant problem, and despite many complaints from residents, management never seemed to find a solution After dealing with repeated delays and unresolved maintenance problems, we decided to move out. Friendly customer service is appreciated, but timely action and accountability are just as important, and that was missing here

  Suuuuch a bad experience with this apartment complex. Used to live here for 2 years and the new staff is just horrible!!! rude and unhelpful, and maintenance requests take months to get resolved. After all you have to keep asking for help over and over again !!!!! The pool and hot tub are either broken or BROKEN !!!! Security does nothing about people hanging around the pool at 3-4 in the morning, being loud and disruptive. The appliances are old, refrigerator smells bad, and the air filters seem like they are never changed. Event thought they’re raising prices regularly. Parking is a constant issue, pet owners frequently ignore leash rules and don't clean up after their pets. Overall, poor management, slow maintenance, and little enforcement of community rules. Not worth the rent.

  I recently applied for an apartment with this property and had a disappointing experience with the application process. I was initially told my application was denied because of a $157 balance. After being informed of this, I immediately paid the balance in full and provided proof of payment as requested. After complying right away, I was then told the denial would still remain. I later learned the final decision was made by management, despite being asked to submit proof of payment first. The communication throughout the process felt inconsistent and unclear. I understand properties have screening policies, but transparency and fairness matter. If an applicant takes immediate action to resolve an issue, there should at least be a clear explanation of whether reconsideration is possible before asking for additional documentation. I hope management improves communication and consistency for future applicants.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Arbour Commons Apartments. The amenities are a big plus, and the location is convenient for daily needs, because almost anythign you need it walkable. The assistant manager, Matthew, has been especially helpful throughout my time here. He’s always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ concerns. Any questions or issues I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference.

  This place is AWFUL!!!! The management team is impossible to get ahold of, the place is NOT taken care of, they increase prices ridiculously and they are EXTREMELY RUDE! I lived there for 3 years and at first it was great, but year after year it continued to get worse and WORSE. The management team should all be out of jobs. It is insane how they still attract renters. Honestly if the mall wasn’t right here and people actually read the reviews they wouldn’t have anybody to rent to. DO NOT MOVE HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I would rather be homeless than live at this place of junk and ignorant management team. Do better and actually do your job! If I could leave -1 stars I would. I will definitely be advising anyone I know to not move in here, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
