  The grass areas between the various apartment complex building create a very spacious feeling. Matt, the assistant property manager, assisted me and my roommate in going through all our questions on our lease in detail in a professional and thoughtful matter. Thank you Matt! 5 stars service!

  I've been living at Arbour Commons for over 17 months now and one of the best things about the place is the location! You're within walking distance to stores, restaurants, a movie theater and Lifetime gym, which works great for me since I try to keep in shape as much as I can! They also have a nice gym and clubhouse with a very large pool and hottub. The management staff and work crew are top notch and respond within the same day if you might have any issues, which I rarely have. They are also very pet friendly and very welcoming to the office with treats on hand! I highly recommend Arbour Commons for your next place to live.

  Just renewed (again) for another year! Wasn't sure apartment living would be for me coming from home ownership. Love having an incredible maintenance team that addresses all my needs and within 24 hrs! The sponsored social events, beautiful well maintained pool, club house and grounds make this a great place to call home.

  I recently applied for an apartment with this property and had a disappointing experience with the application process. I was initially told my application was denied because of a $157 balance. After being informed of this, I immediately paid the balance in full and provided proof of payment as requested. After complying right away, I was then told the denial would still remain. I later learned the final decision was made by management, despite being asked to submit proof of payment first. The communication throughout the process felt inconsistent and unclear. I understand properties have screening policies, but transparency and fairness matter. If an applicant takes immediate action to resolve an issue, there should at least be a clear explanation of whether reconsideration is possible before asking for additional documentation. I hope management improves communication and consistency for future applicants.

  This place is AWFUL!!!! The management team is impossible to get ahold of, the place is NOT taken care of, they increase prices ridiculously and they are EXTREMELY RUDE! I lived there for 3 years and at first it was great, but year after year it continued to get worse and WORSE. The management team should all be out of jobs. It is insane how they still attract renters. Honestly if the mall wasn’t right here and people actually read the reviews they wouldn’t have anybody to rent to. DO NOT MOVE HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I would rather be homeless than live at this place of junk and ignorant management team. Do better and actually do your job! If I could leave -1 stars I would. I will definitely be advising anyone I know to not move in here, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
