  I wish this could have been a higher rating but the warranty process has been atrocious. We are 4 months into living in our new house and have barely gone a week at a time without a contractor coming in and out at their leisure to fix all the issue we continue to find. The sales process was easy and straightforward but a false promise of what was to come. No resolution and so many excuses of why things cannot get done as the expectations they have set.

  Make sure you get everything you need fixed before you sign the closing documents. Their warranty department is the absolute worst. It's been 3 months since our 30 day warranty submittal and they are still sending the D squad to try out a new trade for the day. For example, I watched 6 guys frame a house in 2 days at the same time 1 guy removed 6 tiles from our shower.

  Sachit Srinivas was very welcoming. He showed me around his house, and offered a more intimate tour of his body. We spoke about the economic and political state of the world, and how Todd Pfeifer is an influential figure in U.S. politics. I did find it slightly strange when I was offered to sleep in his bed while he watches from a closet, but I did it anyway and found it pleasurable. Thanks Sachit for the tour and the eye-opening experience ;). Much love from your new lover -Sophie

  WARNING: DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS BUILDER Working with Toll Brothers following the build has been difficult. They built a home for my mother who is a senior and promised at closing that the documented issues would be addressed as part of the warranty. However, we are now months away from the warranty expiring and they continue to ignore requests and/or send out individuals to provide band aid solutions to major problems. This includes a garage door and back door (entrances to the residence) with major quality issues. It's unfortunate that quality of work is so dismal and there is no willingness to make things right when there are obvious errors in construction. I'd like to say it's the exception but unfortunately seems to be more often the norm, which is why there is no accountability.
