If you like paying full rent for broken appliances and zero security, this is the place for you.
I have been waiting for maintenance to fix my washer and dryer since September 2025. It is now July 2026—nearly a full year later. Their excuse? They claim they are "short-handed." Yet, when my microwave broke in May, they couldn't fix that either.
Here is the funniest part about their "low staff" excuse: if you rent is late after the 3rd of the month on your rent, management magically finds the staff to come walk up to your apartment and tape a notice to your door. So they have plenty of personnel for collections, but zero for basic tenant upkeep.
On top of the appliance nightmare, security is a joke. Cars are constantly being broken into, and nothing is done about it. Homeless individuals wander through the property at all hours of the night, and management refuses to take steps to secure the premises.
They expect you to pay your rent on time and in full, but they refuse to provide the basic living conditions and safety you are paying for. Avoid this building at all costs.

Don't waste your money here. When we moved into the apartment last year, it was left dirty, unpainted, and with several maintenance issues that were never resolved. We moved in on the same day my husband was discharged from the hospital, and the condition of the apartment was very poor and unsuitable. Despite the circumstances, we had to deal with these issues ourselves, and the management showed very little understanding or empathy.
Maintenance is a joke. We had issues with the air conditioning and the heater in one of the rooms and they were never fixed. They said everything was working very well, but it wasn't! (they never fixed) There was a strong sewage and humidity smell, and according to the manager (Ricky), he didn't see anything wrong and also couldn't detect the bad smell when he visited our property.
After so many maintenance complaints, the solution to the humidity and sewage smell was that they were going to put a special liquid in the toilets and bathtubs to clean them but they never came back to do it. Later on, we noticed moisture in the bathroom and that they had installed flooring on top of another floor; we documented it and requested maintenance, but it never happened either.
The common areas are full of dog poop because residents don't clean up after their dogs, and management doesn't either. The hallways in the buildings are always dirty because trash bags leak liquid, and they are never cleaned. The floors are never washed, and they aren't even swept or vacuumed to keep them in good condition.
We finally moved out, and now the management, which is terrible, is charging us for carpet replacement because they claim it needed to be replaced, even though the post-move-out photos don't show any rips, burns, or significant damage—only a stain in one bedroom that is not permanent, while the other bedroom clearly shows only normal wear and tear. Their response was that the final evaluation from their carpet cleaner concluded that a professional cleaning wasn't enough. They did not provide any written report because, according to them, the evaluation was discussed over the phone. Ironically, these are the same "professional cleaners" who handed us the apartment completely dirty when we moved in—full of cobwebs, dust, and with carpets that hadn't even been vacuumed. What kind of professional cleaners determine over the phone that a carpet with nothing more than normal wear and tear cannot be professionally cleaned? You can clearly see it in the photos they took themselves.
On top of that, they are charging for painting the units when we did not receive the apartment freshly painted, and even for "damages" that are not specified and are likely related to maintenance issues they never addressed. Since we have proof of the entire chain of emails requesting maintenance that was never resolved, the management "kindly" reduced our debt by $700. However, they do not explain why we were initially charged that amount or what the basis was for reducing only those $700. Even so, they are keeping our entire deposit ($1.000) and are additionally trying to charge us almost two thousand dollars more.
I consider this to be abusive management. I have never been charged for carpet replacement in any other apartment complex, even in newer properties with better reputations. The usual charge is around $500 for professional carpet cleaning.
Forget about your deposit: they will overcharge you for unjustified things until you don't get a single cent back and may even end up owing them money. I repeat, don't waste your money here.
I had a terrible experience living here, and now I am having a terrible experience even after moving out.

They definitely don't live here, they never do the maintenance, you have to beg them to do it, if they want they do it if they don't want they don't do it, I lived more than a year in an apartment where their pipes smelled rotten at night and according to them I was crazy, I finally left there and they are charging me fees for replacing the carpet, I asked them for proof that the cleaning company said that I couldn't clean it and they told me that the conversation was by phone and that they can't show me any report because it was by call, the carpet only needed a wash but well, that's how they work here in this administration
