  We have lived here for 5 years and have absolutely loved it. Our maintenance team has been absolutely incredible; special shout-out to Will he works really hard, you can see he cares and communicates well if a problem needs more time. Each time I've visited the office Dawn and Ashlee are super helpful, caring and sweet. They answer all questions and I have nothing but positive things to say.

  My boyfriend and I were relocating from Colorado Springs to be closer to my mom in Thornton, The Promenade at Hunters Glen quickly became one of our top choices tied with one other. They stood out because they were the first (and only) community to answer when we called right away. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and genuinely helpful from our first call. My mom toured that same evening, and even though it was later in the day, she never felt rushed. They happily let her video chat me during the tour and answered all of our questions. We ultimately chose another community because it offered a slightly better move-in special and had a Mountain View, but The Promenade at Hunters Glen was a very close second with the lake. We truly feel we would have been happy living here and really appreciated their great communication and service and felt it should be shared.

  I was asked to rate the move-in process. I don’t have a comment on the actual complex yet. My move in went smoothly, however the place wasn’t very clean. Also there was damage that had not been fixed before I moved in. I put in a work request, so hopefully things will be fixed soon.

  Worst front desk person, please hire someone new. Wasn’t helpful and had a nasty attitude.

  Moved into my new apartment today. Management was great. Easy process. Thanks to Ashley and her team.
