  I was asked to rate the move-in process. I don’t have a comment on the actual complex yet. My move in went smoothly, however the place wasn’t very clean. Also there was damage that had not been fixed before I moved in. I put in a work request, so hopefully things will be fixed soon.

  Worst front desk person, please hire someone new. Wasn’t helpful and had a nasty attitude.

  I lived here for 11yrs. Everyone in the office are so kind and caring and professional. Maintenance has always been quick to fix anything. I am only moving cause I am moving to senior 55+ place. Promenade has been wonderful to live at and to call it my home.

  Hello I just wanted to give a nice review for maintenance guys.They have all been very professional and pleasant.When I needed something fixed it was done in a timely matter Dominic helped install a new Dishwasher and was professional and pleasant he helped me with water heater. It was a small fix but was able to guide me so if it shuts down again, can fix it myself thanks so much for your hard work.
