  I have had the privilege of calling Magnolia Ridge my home for the past three years, and I can say with absolute sincerity that this experience has been nothing short of extraordinary—largely thanks to two truly exceptional individuals: Valdemar and Elizabeth. Valdemar, the maintenance supervisor, is simply outstanding. His dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail are beyond admirable. Every request, no matter how small, is handled with urgency, precision, and genuine care. It is rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. His presence alone brings a sense of reliability and peace of mind that every resident deeply values. And then there is Elizabeth, the Assistant Manager—an absolute gem. From the very first day, she has welcomed me with warmth, kindness, and an ever-present smile that brightens the entire community. Her professionalism is matched only by her compassion and willingness to help. She doesn’t just do her job—she elevates the entire living experience with her grace and attentiveness. Because of Valdemar and Elizabeth, living at Magnolia Ridge has been truly unparalleled. They are not just staff members; they are the heart and soul of this community. Their commitment, kindness, and excellence have made these past three years unforgettable, and I am deeply grateful for everything they do. Magnolia Ridge is not just a place to live—it is a place to feel at home, and that is because of people like them.

  ** Update** After my review and a discussion with Amy, the Community Manager, my concerns were addressed. She acknowledged my frustrations and gave what i accept as a sincere apology. I am pleased with the communication and accountability. Thanks Amy! I'm unhappy with this place mainly because i feel that I've waited an excessive amount of time for minor but important repairs to be completed. The leasing agent acknowledged dangerous rotted railing for my second floor balcony when showing me the apartment. I even mentioned that i have young children. So the missing balluster is worrisome. She assured me that it was going to be repaired... 2 months later and it's not. It'll eventually get fixed when i can't enjoy it because of the cold. I also pointed out a missing screen and window that has a large gap along with not being properly secured. I personally wouldn't recommend this place

  huge freaking shoutout to Ryan. We've had a few things that needed fixing around our place and he was going around to some of the units he did work for to make sure everything was good and see if any other work was needed and he really pulled thru and got all of our issues resolved in a day. We had a portion of our pation railing that needed to be replaced, and not only did he fix and repaint the new section, but he went ahead and repainted the entire railing to make sure it matched and was looking brand new. He needs huge praise cause he really pulled thru for us on issues we've been waiting on.

  We have experienced 3 new management companies in 10 months and somehow they all get astonishing worse. Their customer service is worse than the trash that overflows the dumpsters into the street and makes the parking lot smell like you live in a landfill. Maintenance requests get canceled and straight up forgotten about. If we had it to do over we would have been better off being homeless then dealing with this complex.

  Lived here for two years and moved out a couple months ago. Great place to live it was perfect for what we needed at the time. We did have some small issues with random things from the other management companies but once avenue5 took over they fixed them right away. They were also really dedicated to improving the complex grounds too, and fixing a lot of unmaintained items the other two companies had ignored. Over all it was a great place to live and it’s in an amazing location.
