Being here long enough, you will have about atleast FOUR inspections a year. They will give you the paper exactly 24 hours before there inspection. Last month there was an inspection to check the water heater, now another one today. And if you try to approach them about setting a time to do so, they refuse to allow that. They start at 12, and it’s 4 o’clock now. I’ve been waiting all day, and nobodies came. The desk isn’t kind or understanding about the times they chose to do these inspections. And they send out threats about your patio, if it’s to “messy” or there’s to many things on it they can give you consequences. It just seems like a power trip and they wanna take any excuse to come into apartments. They also drop off these notes when the office is closed so you can’t contact them immediately to see if you can arrange something even for a maintenance check. And there’s rats all over the dumpsters and on the sides of the building.

So, i’ve been shopping around at a lot of places lately — many won’t even do tours or accept walk-ins, or my tour guide will just hand me keys and send me to the unit without actually participating in the tour, which has been extremely frustrating. I toured with a guy today, however, and not only was he welcoming and attentive during our tour, but he was thorough and knowledgeable about the application process. It was a completely different and refreshing experience compared to the past couple of places i’ve looked at. Regarding the units themselves, the appearance of them seemed to be regularly tended to and i was honestly impressed by the quality of the apartment i looked at considering that this is an older property. I’m in the application process at the moment and both the leasing person and the assistant manager have been very diligent and helpful walking me through it. 10/10!

Me sentí horriblemente discriminada, fuí a pedir information, ya tuve la oportunidad de vivir aquí antes y me gustaría volver a rentar... me dijo que desde aquí hasta October no tiene nada disponible, que si queria regresara en Julio o agosto a preguntar.

My partner and I had the displeasure of wasting our time at this complex recently. Short story: We were offered a unit after touring, we went to apply, but I’m guessing, because the rent was very low for said unit, they made the application invalid for us. When we called with questions about the invalid application, they didn’t respond. I’m assuming to wait out the 48-hour time limit. If that’s an example of the administrative support we could have received at this unit by the Zyn addicted office staff I will take it as a dodged bullet.
Additionally, there is no need for any response from Magnolia Ridge, It seems you guys would rather address concerns after you’ve been given a shitty review rather than create a successful or at the very least positive experience for your current or future tenants.
