  apartment itself is nice but the ladies working the front desk the last few months have been incredibly difficult, rude, snarky and very unhelpful. The guy who helped us sign our lease a few months back was very helpful, but he seems to no longer work here. The front office now seems incredibly disinterested in doing their literal job.

  Maintenance staff are absolutely amazing. We had several problems and Johnny, Julian and Josh did everything they could to resolve our issues quickly. Thank you guys again, you rock!

  I live here currently and the only positive is the maintenance crew. They are fast and efficient. Everything else is bad about this place. I have sent multiple messages about kids using the swings by the fireplace as a playset, smashing them into one another almost everyday. It’s disrespectful to the property and the people around the building. Before I moved in multiple things needed to be fixed in my apartment, the whole oven arm came off when trying to use it. I thought these were supposed to be luxury apartments. I can NEVER get ahold of someone in the office. I had my car keyed in the parking lot and I sent multiple messages asking if there happened to be any cameras. I see them commenting back to reach out to them directly but if I can’t get ahold of them on any basis. I’ve called all the numbers. Now how am I supposed to get in contact with them directly. Personally my lease is up in September and I will not be resigning.

  I lived here for 2 years and had good experience. Maintenance was on top of any issues and usually resolved the next day. I had a washer go bad and it was replaced immediately. Big shout out to the maintenance team! Friendly staff and neighbors in the community. Would have given 5 but I had a disruptive unit near me. Unfortunately we can't choose our neighbors.
