  My friend just moved in here and she loves her apartment. We worked with Janine and she helped me and my friend who only speaks Spanish through the whole process and made it super easy for us. I really appreciate the patience she had.

  Matinence team is very nice and helpful , I put in a work order because my A/C was not turning on. Johnny, came and quickly fixed the A/C and made sure it was on and working before leaving. I appreciated his help he made the experience easy and comfortable. Thank you for your help !

  Johnny was really professional and helpful and also double checking his work and not just coming in and going out. He actually made the effort to make sure me and my family were feeling the air coming out. Thanks again for fixing our issue.

  Definitely a electric issue with the fire alarm system all alarms in our apartment didn’t go off for a month and then went off again on the 9th and kept going off in different instances throughout the night all alarms were not shooting a trouble code or low battery

  Ngl this place was awesome; very open, plenty of parking, parking is cheap, leasing agents will actually answer you! Didnt know that was a luxury until being ghosted for a week while waiting for a lease on a new apartment, with a frickin dead line... High respect to the leasing agents here at hawthorne especially destiny 💯 one downside is them jacking up rent, I get it that most apartments do that, but still, I dont respect it; It hurts when you look at zillow and find an identical apartment as yours in the same complex for $200 cheaper lol. Definitely got some trashy neighbors that would allow their child to do some gnarly things late at night and during the day too, but nothing a maxed out fan cant fix 😉 got ding dong ditched many times, had our rug stolen, had a frickin carved pumpkin stolen lol this one particular kid straight up slung dog crap around our entire hallway on our level. The amount of frickin times we heard the name Junior yelled is insane ngl. I would always look at our utility statement so I can pay how much i owe, right, makes logical sense; the last 5 or 6 months they just stopped sending the utility statement to me, so id have to wait until the 1st or 2nd of each month to look at our account to see how much we owe and then youre putting in your payment one day before its considered late. I would randomly get statements for like 2 months ago that i already paid. I emailed them to send me the statement a few times just so id know how much to pay but once is nothing but every frickin month. Ultimately you get pros and cons everywhere, I would've stayed here way longer if they didnt raise rent so much 💯
