  Spoke with office staff, booked a tour, showed up for the tour and there was no parking because they’re working in the parking lot so we called the office and asked them where should we park? They paused and went blank for about 30 seconds and told us I don’t know. And then they told us that they don’t have any apartments to be able to show us, but they can give us the information and we said we just spoke to you an hour ago. You just gave us the information and told us that you had two apartments to show us today But apparently they don’t remember that conversation and they didn’t have anything to show us.

  Even though these apartment homes were not the right fit for me, I gave 5 stars SOLELY based on one specific leasing agent/assistant manager here. Someone with great customer service skills and a friendly demeanor was definitely needed here. Elexess has the willingness and desire to take care of the residents here by actually listening and engaging in conversations related to the property!

  The apartments them selves are grate, but you should really work on re-training the office girls or replacing them. Because their attitude is aweful. I go in there and their of the 3 even says “hi, how can I help you” they just stay quiet like you’re not in the room. And the way they respond to questions isn’t ideal either. If they don’t like their jobs, they should really find another one.

  Atina is sweet new change of experience in the office. Past few time I went in shes welcoming and helpful to my family with my work order I was waiting for.Better experience than we have had in the past. I update my review of negative to turn positive. I believe in acknowledging the change.

  Great tour! Janine Showed all good Side to the apartments. Pools, games room, gym would recommend giving them a shot!!
