  Marc and his team are incredible to work with; I can not recommend them more. Grace Management as a whole is a wealth of real estate knowledge, however Jessica in particular is my favorite to work with. So glad I decided to add them to my real estate team!

  We have rented two properties with Grace Property Management, specifically working with Margaret! We have been blown away with our experience - they are incredibly responsive and flexible! We had the furnace go out at one of our properties, and Margaret was so quick in getting contractors out to evaluate it and help inform us of our options, and quickly got a new furnace installed. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Grace!

From finding quality renters, to managing maintenance requests and leveraging industry contacts to get work done in a quick and cost effective manner - Sheri does it all!!! As a first time homeowner, I have so much peace of mind knowing I have such a good team watching over the property.

  I sent them an email with my lease and my 2 month old drivers license that clearly had my address on it and they still couldn't verify my proof of address. I had to pay $1000 more dollars on my security deposit for their incompetence. Had to pull out a loan to be able to pay my move in cost. And then a few weeks later, they sent an inspector to our home and he said that there was no way this house was inspected before they put it on the market. And THEN we noticed our water bill was slowly beginning to sky rocket. We were paying like almost $200 for like 3-4 months; It was a leak. When they finally got someone to fix it they only took $400 bucks off of our rent after our water bill was $700 cuz we had a late fee for not being able to pay our extremely high water bill until we had confirmation that they were going to cut our rent slightly. NIGHTMARE experience.
