  We've been renting from Grace Property Management for about ~6 months now and have had nothing but a great experience! Contact directly to Grace Management is quick & efficient, through the same portal that we use to pay rent and maintenance is scheduled and completed quickly by their vendor partners. We love the location of our unit and intend to continue renting there and/or with GPM as long as it makes best sense for us.

  Grace management met criteria we were hoping for. Emily is our property manager and she has be very helpful, patient, and accommodating. I was worried once an agreement was signed we wouldn't be in contact like horror stories I have heard about other companies. We are able to reach her when we need and we are pleased so far with her performance.

  I don't usually write reviews, but Grace Property Management earned this one. From day one, working with them has been a genuinely great experience, and a huge part of that is Trish. Trish has gone above and beyond helping us manage our property. Her communication is clear and consistent — we always know exactly what's going on, and she keeps us in the loop every step of the way. On top of that, she's incredibly prompt. Whenever a question or issue comes up, she's on it right away, which gives us so much peace of mind. She's just genuinely super helpful, and you can tell she actually cares about doing right by her clients. If you're looking for a property manager in Denver, go here. You won't be disappointed. I took the time to write this one because the service was truly superb, and that's saying something coming from someone who never writes reviews. Thank you, Trish, and the whole Grace team!

  I rented a house from them for a year. They made the application process super fast and easy compared to others I have rented from. Sean was my PM and I only had one time he didn't respond until I emailed him. In general he was super responsive and coordinated work contractors very quickly. The only negative is that they use a third party to contact you about work orders. Every time they called me they could not help me and just referred it to my PM. It was very annoying to have to talk to them about the issue after I sent very descriptive details with photos and them just tell me they can't help and will contact my PM to deal with it. Once Sean got ahold of them he sent out very helpful, friendly, super responsive contractors within less than a week. After moving out, I got back my full deposit and some rent money for the days I didn't have the house which I find amazing. Overall this company was so pleasant to deal with and I wish I had been able to rent from them for another year.

  Getting an apartment in Denver can be a bit of a whirlwind and having the right people to hold your hand and stay calm with you throughout the process is so valuable. From my first conversation with Andrew, @ Grace Prop. Mgmnt. & R E, I knew that I was working with someone who was experienced and would work diligently to help me get the apartment I wanted. Of course, I called him a million times because I was concerned that someone else might see the apartment and get it before me, and he never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. He was always up beat and positive. Once I got to the application process I began working with Tennille (yes, named after Captain & Tennille - of course, I asked). Tennille was also super cool headed and thorough. So, I began talking to Andrew Monday morning and by midday Wednesday I got a call from Tennille who asked me how my day was going and I told her it was going great and then I said, "wait, am I having a great day?" And she said, "Yes, you are having a great day." With much gratitude to my husband Owen (that's a longer story) and Andrew & Tennille Katja
