  POSTING HERE AS staff is NEVER responsive, I SHOULD have listened when I read all the 1 star reviews. ANYONE moving here should NOT IGNORE THEM, living here is AWFUL!!! TLDR- Unresponsive staff, office is always closed, "luxury units" are cheaply built, parking is awful and I had to pay premium for a garage because I don't want my toddler ran over by residents who SPEED in the parking lot, and DUMPSTER QUALITY FOR HAVING VALET TRASH IS NASTY. "Ive lived in this community going on about 7 months now and not one moment has the price and additional fees been worth it. Communication from office staff and maintenance is so delayed and awful, and I can guarantee that I won't hear from you all about this for about two weeks. But what has really thrown me over the edge aside from all the pool issues, the terrible parking situation and residents speeding in the parking lot, or the cheap build of the unit was HOW DISGUSTING THE DUMPSTER was this morning. If you're going to charge additional valet trash fees, that I don't use I find that service maybe only valuable to elderly or disabled, at LEAST make sure that the dumpsters are fit for us who actually throw our trash away on our own. I feel like nothing gets done here about any of the issues but this makes me believe that the community is DIRTY and not well kept. I am disgusted and can now see what my unit is consistently infested with bugs even though I keep my living space clean. PLEASE figure out how this can be resolved bc I am absolutely appalled our residents treat this place,"

  Preston with the maintenance team at Avilla Eastlake is outstanding. He's professional, responsive, and always communicates clearly. He stays on top of issues, works hard to make sure residents are taken care of, and is great to work with. His attention to detail and positive attitude make a real difference.   The community is kind and friendly, as well as the office staff but the property is not worth the money we pay. The parking is often packed especially with having to pay extra for a parking pass not only for you but for guest. Work trucks take up a lot of the parking spaces and not allowed to park in the empty field because they will tow your car. Had to pay extra for a garage just to use as a storage space because there’s no storage in the house. Appliances break constantly and maintenance takes way to long to come fix anything. We have to contact the office to get a rush on things. Not only do they take forever but they would rather replace them with old used appliances that are just as bad if not worse from another apartment and would rather pay hundreds of dollars for a repair man to try and fix it (still doesn’t work properly) than to replace it because “it’s fixed”. Been told they will contact us with a replacement but still haven’t heard from them even after trying to email them for an update. As well as the power going out at least a couple times a week and the temperature is not even throughout the house. Paying $3200-$3300 a month for a 3 bedroom is way to much for an apartment that doesn’t have smooth working home in my opinion. I appreciate the office patience and kind tone with us but it doesn’t excuse the fact of being put on the back burner.

  Do not move into this place one time it was raining so hard and it leaked trough the windows and not on person that works in the office came. Another reason is because there are always at least one pipe broken each day !
