  I have done a multiple inspections for Jimmy's clients over the years and can confidently say he genuinely cares about the people he represents in every transaction. As a home inspector, you get a pretty clear view of how agents operate and I can always trust that Jimmy has the best interest for his clients ahead of just getting the deal done. Ontop of that he is very involved with local businesses and is a great community advocate which gives him a deeper understanding of the residential and commerical real estate market. Always a pleasure working with him, and I’d confidently recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

  I wanted to give a shout out to Jimmy Houser for his dedication to the business. I asked him about a live work unit for sale by owner. He showed me comparable units. I decided against the purchase and let him know. A couple weeks later I receive an email with details of another live work space. I was impressed with his continued help without asking. Very professional and very caring! Thanks for giving me a hand in this matter.

  I highly recommend Jimmy Howser for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Steamboat Springs and the surrounding area. You will not find somebody with more in-depth market knowledge of the area. Jimmy provides excellent customer service and is a fierce advocate for this clients. Highly recommended!!
