  While browsing for new homes, Watermark on Twenty Mile was hands down my favorite. Walking into the leasing office, I was happily and kindly greeted by Riley, Sherri, and Brittany. Riley is very kind and knowledgeable and each team member was so extremely helpful. I even had a chance to meet a member of the maintenance team, Jordan. He was very kind as well. The entire team is very professional, well mannered and the apartments are TO DIE for🏡

  I have lived at Watermark for the past 4 years. I recently decided to move to a larger unit in this same Amazing community. Moving is not great, as we all know. Sherri guided me through the process with such ease and professionalism, it honestly was a Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Kudos to Watermark and especially Sherri! True Professional. To many more years at Watermark!

  We had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment complex and their leasing office. My son and his roommate, both college students living out of state, specifically inquired multiple times about a 6-month lease. They scheduled a Zoom tour and communicated extensively with the leasing agent, who repeatedly quoted them pricing for a 6-month lease and even confirmed they would receive the first 6 weeks free. Thankfully, before signing, we noticed the lease agreement that was sent over was actually written for a 13-month term. We initially assumed it was an honest mistake. However, when we contacted the leasing office, the agent suddenly claimed she “did not know” they wanted a 6-month lease and said it had never been discussed — despite the fact that the information was clearly documented throughout the application and message history. We were then told the rent for a 6-month lease would increase by an additional $250 per month and that the previously promised 6 weeks free would no longer apply. Instead of acknowledging the error, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. The entire situation felt extremely misleading, especially considering they were dealing with two young students trying to secure housing from out of state. Because of this, we had to scramble at the last minute to find alternative housing. To make matters worse, we are still waiting for the return of their down payment, even though we were promised two weeks ago that it would be refunded. I would strongly encourage prospective tenants — especially students or anyone renting remotely — to get every detail in writing and review all lease documents very carefully before signing.

  My stay here at Watermark was nothing short of exceptional. I am relocating out of state for work and Watermark really makes leaving bittersweet. Units are spacious and well put together- I appreciate the open floor plans and just the overall feel. My interactions with maintenance were always great, super efficient and John and Jordan were both great from the little things here and there even to a pretty big repair on our heater malfunctioning in the winter. I genuinely couldn’t believe how quickly they took care of a job that big. Lastly, our relationship with front office staff- Sherri, Brittany, and Riley- has been great. They have been super helpful, accommodating, and even supportive of our move out. Coming into Watermark was just as great too- moving in from out of state they were able to make sure that we had everything we needed to make a confident transition into the new place and entering into the lease. Watermark on Twenty Mile you will be missed! We appreciate the people, the community (especially the convenience of the location with so much in walking distance) and our unit.

  Riley was absolutely amazing to work with! She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect floorplan that truly fits my needs. What stood out most was how attentive and thoughtful she was—she even remembered my dog’s name, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. She answered all of my questions with patience and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. By the end of my visit, I felt completely at home and genuinely excited about moving in. Watermark itself is a beautiful apartment complex with incredible amenities and impressive smart home features. You truly get so much for your money here. I’ve toured several other communities, and none of them compare to Watermark. Highly recommend both Riley and this community!
