  The Oslo seems like a very nice place to live! The location feels safe and very clean. Unfortunately we won’t be going with this location, it was a little out of budget for us, and we didn’t get to do an actual tour of any units! But overall, friendly staff, clean spaces, and a safe location makes the Oslo seem like a good living situation

  You know general maintenance is going to be an ongoing issue at the Oslo apartments when you go to the leasing office and the smoke alarm battery's incessant warning beeps are as loud as they are non-stop. I came back a week later and the problem still wasn't fixed and the office manager shrugged and said, "After a while, you just get used to it." Then, after spending $40 on application fees, we were rejected due to my son's misdemeanor offense (DUI) and we still haven't gotten our $200.00 holding deposit refunded. If you don't really care about honesty and integrity, then the Oslo apartments will deliver everything that you have come to expect from a corporate entity masquerading as a community asset.

  Toured the facility, I lived the mature trees and landscaping. Staff was very friendly
