  I cannot say enough good things about Tee (Assistant Community Manager) and the incredible support she provided us! When we ran into issues with our previous unit, Tee immediately stepped in with complete empathy and professionalism. She was kind, genuinely understanding of our situation, and treated our concerns with the exact level of urgency they needed. She didn't just help us switch units—she found us the absolute perfect one. Tee went above and beyond to make a stressful moment completely seamless. Her care and dedication are truly the reason our experience living at The Arden has been as great as it is. Thank you, Tee!

  Tee was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, bubbly, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. She guided us every step of the way and made the application process simple and stress-free. Molly is also an excellent member of the team. Super nice and very knowledgeable and responsive. We were lucky to work with both of them :)

  Staff is super helpful. Very warming and happy with the ease of it. We love the complex, our apartment and the amenities. Walking at night with my wife and pups is a lot of fun with the walkways. Update: We’ve been here a month already and my wife and I cannot be happier. No apartment complex is perfect but Arden at Karl’s Farm really tries to be. It doesn’t just feel like your ordinary apartment complex where they give you a place to live with some amenities and then expects you to pay rent. Nope, it’s more then that. They really make it fee like like an all inclusive and tried to create a social and inviting atmosphere. They want to be as active as possible and inviting for their residents. With the monthly activities which include breakfast once a week, book clubs, massages offered, art galleries, and special events like the World Cup showings and food and drinks, this place is a gem. This month, they had a cutest pet award which I might add, mount furry-babies won and the price was a very thoughtful and meaningful gift basket for them. It may be small and yet a fraction of what we pay on rent but the idea behind it was priceless. I will continue to update our experience here. Thank you again to the staff, management and owners for providing an amazing living space and community.

  Working with Tee has been amazing. We are moving from across the country and she has made the transition much easier on us. She is able to answer all questions for us and is personable.
