  Staff is super helpful. Very warming and happy with the ease of it. We love the complex, our apartment and the amenities. Walking at night with my wife and pups is a lot of fun with the walkways.

  I have lived at Arden Karl’s farm for 18 months. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. I love the activities every month Jessica the property manager listens and takes care of promptly of any issues. She is fabulous at her job. With the activities I have also met life long friends. I am sad to leave the farm but on to new adventures. If I ever need another apartment I will return. Thank you for everything ❤️

  Living at this apartment complex has been amazing from day one. Im in the process of signing a new lease for another 18 months. The luxury apartments and top notch amenities truly set the standard for upscale living in Colorado. Every detail throughout the property reflects quality, comfort, and elegance, from the beautifully maintained grounds to the modern finishes and amenities that make everyday life feel elevated. What truly makes this community stand out is the management, especially Jessica Brandl. Jessica consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued, heard, and cared for. She has built a community that feels welcoming, and resident-focused. The environment here is one of the best parts of living on the property. The neighbors are friendly, respectful, and create a warm, family-oriented atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home. The community is remarkably quiet and peaceful, and everyone respects eachother. If you are looking for luxury living, a welcoming atmosphere, amazing amenities, and a quiet, respectful community, this property truly stands above the rest in Colorado. I could not recommend it more highly.

  I lived at Arden Karl’s Farm from when they opened in November 2024 until I moved out in April 2026. Before move-in, they actually failed inspections 3 times, which was a red flag. The Pros: The original team: Will, Jessica, and Ricci are great (though Will left). The maintenance crew also does a solid job keeping up with the property. Perks: The move-in concessions/deposit deals were attractive, the monthly community events (happy hours, yoga, massages) are nice, and the location is great—close to groceries and the Denver Premium Outlets. The Cons: Overpriced & Rushed: I paid $2,767 for a 2-bedroom. It’s labeled "luxury," but it’s definitely not. They used cheap contractors to rush the job. When I moved in, there was unfinished construction material left inside, and it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. You can easily see the sloppy, rushed details throughout the apartment. The Pool & Noise: My unit was near the pool. Most amenities weren’t even open until summer. Worse, tenants completely ignore quiet hours, bringing way more than the 2-guest limit to the pool and clubhouse after the office closes. Staff does nothing about it. They also didn't care about the dog poop everywhere until people started complaining. Nickel-and-Diming: They charge $25/month per car just to park in the regular lot (max 2 cars), plus an $8/month "OnCall security" fee on top of utilities. Utilities are managed by a 3rd party that bills 2 months in advance, so expect them to just deduct a chunk of your security deposit for it at the end of your lease. Moving Out & Management: Renewing is a joke. They wanted to raise my rent even though it’s already not worth it. They are charging $3,600 for a 3-bedroom, claiming "people pay it," but even the leasing office staff told me they can't afford to live here. The worst part of my experience was dealing with the new Assistant Community Manager, Teeunandra “Tee” Forde. She was incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional when it came to returning my deposit. She tried to hit me with a cleaning fee even though I left the place spotless, and flat-out refused to budge until I forced her to escalate it to Jessica. Final Verdict: Only work with Jessica. Everyone else there only knows how to get people moved in, not how to actually manage the property. If the rent was cheaper, I’d consider moving back, but it is absolutely not worth the "luxury" rates they are charging.
