  $1,000.000 'Home' Good Job City of Monument yall should be fired. Literally watching guys roofing a Toll Brother's 'Home' lol and its raining, entire roof soaked and shingles being laid and secured, nuts. Got loads of vdo of it, inside many of the 'homes' as well: checking all over the place, strapping that was simply bent back and forth to 'cut' it, clear signs of sawzalls cutting up 2x8's, on and on, they had to move floor drain in one home, after the concrete was poured, rafters being put up by crane with 70+mph winds. I got the goods for the new home owners, waiting for them to be sold first - hmu. Toll Brothers is screwing our community and there are others in the development from all the players but this builder.... top winner rn. Good job City of Monument wtg, glad you have the community in our best interest on this money grab. Been going on the past 3 years so there's LOADS of photos and vdos. We've had enough. Laborers working before and after permitted work hours, crazy over-the-top loud music, calls to air quality management district on record because of ridiculous amounts of heaping dust during wind events not being watered down. Complaints made in person, complaints made online and no one could care less. Love to support good business but the entire development needs to be shut down and inspected. NEVER a project manager onsite, not just Toll Brothers all of the builders. Being sure KRDO gets the link. Will update when the roof gets torn off and repaired.

  Beware. I’m sharing this feedback as a Toll Brothers homeowner. Over the years, I’ve owned homes built by other builders, including Classic Homes,Challenger homes etc and had very positive experiences with them. This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review for a home builder, based solely on my experience as a homeowner. My advice to prospective buyers is to ensure that all items identified during construction and the final walkthrough are completed to your satisfaction before closing. Based on my experience, resolving outstanding issues after closing can require significant time and persistence, which can become mentally exhausting. During home buying and construction process , The sales team and construction team director may assure you that outstanding items or new issues will be covered under the warranty, but my experience is very different. After closing, the warranty team makes the final decisions, and the promises made during the sales/ construction process often carry little weight. Overall, my experience with the warranty team has been disappointing. Even for small issues, I had to repeatedly follow up and push for action. Some concerns were identified during the construction phase and again on the first day after closing, yet they were dismissed initially without a thorough inspection or proper understanding of the problem. In my experience, you have to fight to get legitimate issues fixed. I expected much better customer service and accountability from a premium home builder.
